The primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor. Walk out of your suite to the deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Or savor a glass of wine while watching the stars from your private hot tub. The primary bath has your choice of a deep soaking tub to lounge in or a separate shower.

Sink into the sectional sofa that makes us want to curl up, relax and cocoon ourselves from the world. The large living room feels cozy because it's furnished with comfy seating options for friends and family. Decorated with warm colors; layered with fluffy pillows, soft throws, and a gas fireplace.

The property/House was really beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. I wasn't super pleased that we were asked to wash and put the towels in the dryer, especially if there is house keeping and it is a smart set and I wasn't sure how to program it to run. all and all it was nice. and I appreciate the stay in such a beautiful home.

This place was perfect for a getaway with small kids. Very short walk to the splash pad and pool. A creek runs right behind the place and added to the quiet, relaxing setting. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Weekend Stay

We had some family come into town for our daughters basketball tournament in Redmond, and chose this place to stay. We've stayed in the area (at another house) many times and this place didn't disappoint! The location is where we like to be in the Eagle Crest area, house was spotless and communication with the property manager was amazing. We are looking forward to our next trip to Eagle Crest and this place is on our list to stay at.

Great place!

Lovely, spacious condo at eagle crest. Very comfortable, upscale decor. Communication with property manager was stellar. We hope to return! My only suggestion for improvement would be adding to the kitchen’s amenities such as more dishes, cookware, bakeware, silverware and utensils.

Disgustingly Dirty and Unpleasant Stay

I have traveled extensively and stayed at luxury properties to hostels. A reasonable person would expect higher quality and better service when spending thousands of dollars more on the same length of stay, but there is still a baseline expectation for cleanliness. Our stay at Babbling Brookside was extremely disappointing due to the cleanliness, property management, and wasted time spent trying to deal with what I would describe as nearly uninhabitable conditions. Character limit doesn’t allow a detailed review; if Lava Springs (LSVR) responds, I expect them to defend themselves without providing key information to try and discredit this review. 3-night stay, parents arrived the first night with my wife, kids, and I arriving late the 2nd night. On arrival, every surface was dirty. Parents started cleaning before notifying LSVR. Traci sent a cleaner, but after hours they let her go to salvage their evening. Upon my arrival, I uncovered bedding with stains and hair, partially clogged shower, discolored shower curtains, exposed wiring, and the list goes on and on. Next morning had an all-day event and called LSVR and VRBO after. Parents didn’t notify VRBO at check-in, so it was on LSVR to resolve. Shared our dissatisfaction and requested some compensation. Were told we waited until our last night and threatened to extort reimbursement. Nothing was done, they ignored our follow-ups, and we paid more than double the avg. nightly rate. Will never stay at a LSVR property again.

Beautiful Place.

We loved our stay! They just recently redecorated the place so the pictures aren’t up to date but the decor is WAY nicer now. The neighbors were super friendly and we loved the convenience of the gate off the back deck. We will definitely book there again.
