We were very comfortable here. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of pots and pans and utensils, even some extra spices. The location was very nice next to the walking path with the creek, it was also walking distance to the pool. We would definitely come back to this one.

We had high hopes based on reviews but the property fell short of our expectations. The house was comfortable and well stocked however it had not been properly cleaned. We arrived to find the main bathroom faucets to both have toothpaste on them and the countertop was not clean. The leather couch had remnants of a previous spill on it along with multiple cobwebs in the living room. Upon checking out I passed along the pictures of how we found the home on arrival and was passively told “sorry to hear about the cleanliness issue and that it would be passed along to the housekeeping team”. This was unsatisfactory. Because guests pay a cleaning fee, there is a reasonable expectation to arrive at a properly cleaned property. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Lovely Getaway

This is a great house. It was mostly clean, (patio needs attention) but very cozy overall. It was a really nice place for dogs since getting them to the lawn was easy and the patio had good, protective railing. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay. We'd stay again!

The air conditioner did not work and town was a balmy 80. The vendor communicated that various AI generated texts, stated all amenities are not guaranteed. Eventually 2 fans were dropped off 11pm 1st night. We left noon the next day as too uncomfortable and troublesome to manage another night.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing this feedback. I’m very sorry the air conditioning was not available to you and that this left you uncomfortable. We did notify you three days before your arrival that the HVAC was out of order, and did offer to move you to another home that would keep you more comfortable. I'm sorry we weren't able to find a satisfactory solution for you, but I am happy to report that all A/C repairs have been completed and it's working very well now. And I can assure you that our guest support team is very much human, and does not use AI-auto generated messages to resolve concerns with our renters. Thank you for sharing their communication felt cold, though, as that's absolutely feedback we can and will use to improve. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us.

This is a nice property but it is not near anything, so plan on driving. Redmond is 15 minutes away and is the closest option for restaurants and shopping. The pool and gym at the community center are nice and are included
