Great Place

Super cute place! Very spacious inside, perfect for bigger families. Located right down the street from the falls, lots of close by attractions.

Great place for family to stay .

It is a beautiful house for a family to stay near Niagara falls . The house is very Clean , nice . The attic was very hot . Rest of the floors were nice and cool .

Thanksgiving backup for out of town family

The neighborhood is in downtown Niagara Falls, but that suited my family as a place to stay while visiting for the holiday. Close to Falls for runs and walks, restaurants available nearby for breakfast and snacks. Very clean inside with comfortable space for family gatherings. 5 bedrooms, so room for kids and adults.

Fourth of July Stay

Our family of four spent four nights here over 4th of July weekend. It is directly across the street from the casino and within walking distance to Niagara Falls state park and all of the attractions including the falls, multiple hiking trails, 3rd street entertainment district, the aquarium and much more. Three floors gave us plenty of room to have our own separate places. They even set off a wonderful firework show at the casino on the fourth so we could watch from outside the home.

Neighborhood is not great and parking was horrible. The place was clean but did feel safe and being a holiday weekend with everything booked we tried to stay but we went home, wouldn’t go there again.

Neighborhood is in a mode of changing

After arriving at the property we decided that we were not comfortable staying there. The neighborhood is in a state of transition and has not reached a "majority" with rehab progress. The property managers handled our concerns very well and we are thankful for their respect of the issues.

Niagara Falls house

The property was within walking distance to Niagara Falls. It was clean and recently renovated. However the closets had no hanging bars and no hangers. No dressers either. We only stayed for 2 nights. For longer stays very inconvenient not to be able to unpack suitcases. There are 5 bedrooms would have been nice to have additional towels.

Niagara falls house

The house is fully renovated so it is nice and clean....i give the renovation work a 2 out of 5 stars...the house is sticking rating is a 3....it has limited kitchen ware.....the water heater is set way above normal settings so be careful not to burn yourself......brand new fridge door handle.8s broken and rigged on....same with coat closet door....rigged shut with paper towel.....the property could use a good handyman....over all the house was good...most importantly in my book is that it was clean

Girls trip

The location of the property to the Falls and Canada was nice, the actual location of property was in a run down area and not good and wouldn’t be a place I would return to. Lots of loud music in passing cars, lots of people walking the streets. Several abandoned homes boarded up lots of graffiti on the walls surrounding the home and on the surrounding streets. The living room had ample space to gather and visit. however there are a lot of steps and no main floor bathroom. The AC On the main level works great, the upper levels were hot and not working well.

Prefer not to review this property

It was my intention not to review this property. However, the property mgrs/owners reviewed us so I needed to make sure that it was a balanced story. I am a small business owner and have rental properties, so I am very sensitive to putting less than ideal reviews online. Our famiy got caught up in the massive airline cancellations on Christmas and our trip skiing was a no go. We quickly punted and scheduled a road trip. We did last minutes bookings at the Finger Lakes and in Niagara Falls. We have traveled signficantly as a family and try to stay at properties with high ratings or who are listed as premier hosts. We knew this property was not high end, but the reviews were mostly favorable (other than the neighborhood) and the photo's of the home made it look cute. First, I think leaving a lake front property and then arriving at this neighborhood, was a shock in itself. I think my family thought I had lost my mind. I told them the inside was supposed to be cute. When we entered, we were somewhat speechless. The place looked light a boarding house with none of the cuteness shown in the pictures present. After touring the house, we met as a family and discussed the situation. We decided that we would spend one night and then leave. I told them the cancellation policy was such that I had to eat the entire amount. I shared with the company that we found a broken handle on the refrigerator and a cabinet door that stuck out in the hallway and that we planned on leaving the next day with no plan of where we would be staying. The place looked like a partially rehabbed unit that was not finished professionally. It was perfect to be used as a college dorm. The toilet seat on the second floor was coming off, the shower blind was broken and the worst of all, one of the mattresses was seriously soiled. We did not feel safe in the neighborhood. There was no washer/dryer and no first floor bathroom. Those were minor issues in the scheme of things. The property manager was gracious enough to refund one night, but it totally altered our plans after a long drive from Newark Airport. In my opnion, this property should not be rented until improvements are made. I am also concerned with a sign on the wall stating that the property needed to maintain a score of 4.3 or they would not be able to rent to future guests. I have never seen anything like this before. Other guests appeared to have been happy. For my family, it was our worst experience using VRBO to-date.
