The rental is five minutes from the Niagara Falls State Park, Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds, and two minutes away from Hyde Park.

🌆 The Neighborhood: Our property is nestled in an inner-city neighborhood. Niagara Falls is an urban environment in a rust belt city with a diverse racial and socioeconomic population. While many of the big old houses in the area are beautiful and well maintained, there are others that are neglected or empty. It is an area that is slowly being brought back to life with new people and energy. Guests should not expect a resort like atmosphere within the city.

Our home has recently undergone a change in hospitality management and we know you and your family are in good hands. If there are every any questions we are available.

Beware of bad neighbourhood and ill prepared hosts

We did not have a good experience at this property. The house was not setup for our arrival. It seemed The Air conditioning had not been switched on for many days and the house felt like a furnace when we checked in. The Internet was not working and when we call the hosts - he told us to deal with it. Basic stuff like shampoo and body wash was missing and the house looked like it had not been cleaned in preparation for our arrival. Also the neighborhood is extremely shady. I felt extremely uncomfortable staying with my family (which included my kid and elderly parents). I recommend avoiding this place.

Nice home in a questionable area

Sergio’s home was nice and beds were so comfortable. We loved the shower in the basement! However, the area of Niagara was extremely disappointing. Drug deals took place periodically in front of the driveway. The home is well secured so we felt very safe once inside. Our personal tour guides recommended the town of Lewiston to hang out in. Lewiston is a fabulous little town with many shops and restaurants along their Main Street. It’s only 15 minutes from this home. The Niagara Aquarium was very enjoyable. The actual Niagara Falls park was absolutely beautiful! I don’t understand why the surrounding city is not kept up. Even the few hotels we passed were not inviting. I have only stayed on the Canadian side in the past. This was my first visit on the American side and it was disappointing. To be positive the home as I stated nice and comfortable inside. Very secure. The location is great, only 5-7 minutes from all attractions. And Lewiston is 12 minutes away if you want to walk around enjoying shops and restaurants and pubs. The home owner has no control over the condition of the city.

House good, very good cleaning.

The onky reason I dont put 5 stars is because the neighborhood, all the houses around are abandoned and dirty, but again this house is good, very clean and is about 7 minutes to niagara falls, mayor of the city need to take care of niagara falls, is bleak and many houses need repairs.
