Walking distance to the falls (only a mile)!
Have all the space you need with 5 bedrooms with a nice living room/dining room, a full kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, working space etc. All bedrooms are upstairs , 4 beds for two and one bedroom with a single bed, window AC in each. Two full bathrooms upstairs (one with shower and one with bath) and one half bath downstairs (toilet and sink). One bedroom with a TV upstairs with a roku (no cable).
Living room with a TV as well (with a roku system). Big dining room and working area downstairs as well. Celling fan in the living/dining room.
Kitchen fully equipped and breakfast area next to it.
We have a washer and a dryer accessible in the basement if needed.
Back yard with a picnic table and cute front porch to relax!
Private garage in the back yard for 2 cars!
5 min walk to the aquarium! Very close to Niagara Falls Adventure Park and all the town attractions, Maid of the mist, Hard Rock cafe, the casino etc.

We had our girls trip and the location of this home was perfect to do everything we expected and more. This was in my bucket list for years and we made some awesome memories.

Absolutely gorgeous house with mostly unpainted woodwork. We loved being so close to the falls and enjoyed a walk on the beautiful path the morning before we left. Mini splits in the bedrooms kept us nice and cool all night. So nice to have a fenced yard for our dog.

Excellent location.

Older home that has been renovated. The home is clean with lots of space and is very functional. The neighborhood is a bit rundown but quiet and safe. Very good location close to everything. I would stay again.

The property is very old but clean. If you like antique and quiet place this house is for you. The house is big and bedrooms are very comfortable with big closets. The kitchen is well equipped but if you love cooking consider to bring your own knives and pots. The kitchen tools and appliances are very old. We bought our own tools and pots with us and enjoyed the cooking at home. There are a lot of restaurants around but we did not visit them. However, at the walking distance there is Di Camila bakery that you must visit. The Niagara Falls is 15-20 minutes walk. Wi-fi password and I’d is changed see the frame net to wi-fi net. All together my family enjoyed to stay at this home. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Great Place to Stay

The home had plenty of space for everyone to unwind by themselves or together. Hosts left a binder of suggestions for local things to do, which I thought was awesome! Very close to the falls and other attractions.

Excellent Location and Host!

We traveled to this area to attend a Buffalo Bills game. It was conveniently located to the airport and to the locations in the Buffalo area that we wanted to visit. There was plenty of room in the house and my family loved it. If we come back, we would definitely stay again. My favorite part was that Niagara Falls was only a 15 minute walk from the house along the Niagara River.

Excellent home near the falls

We really enjoyed our stay here. House was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. We had plenty of living and sleeping space for our family. We felt safe staying here and had no troubles with any neighbors. We loved its close proximity to the falls and the many other attractions in the area. The shower head in the master bedroom busted during our stay. I messaged the owner and he came right over to repair it. We will definitely stay here again next time we travel to this area with our family.

Niagara Falls with family

Spacious home with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of cooking and baking essentials. Perfect with multiple bathrooms for a large family. It had a large living room and seating to eat. Perfect distance to the falls. You can park at the lot down beside aquarium for free and walk to the falls to get a little closer ... or walk right from the house. Only about 15 minute drive to walmart for groceries and the shopping outlets. We would definitely stay at this property again. We enjoyed the space! Thank you!

Spacious and well furnished

We loved the space and location of this property. Located very well to everything we wanted, near enough to grocery stores etc. Host was responsive when contacted. Plenty of room, well furnished. Our biggest challenge, and the reason we didn't give this 5 stars, was because of a pervasive smell of cigarettes in multiple bedrooms. One room was bad enough that we couldn't use it. When contacted, they did offer to being odor remover by, however we chose to use a different bedroom. The listing did not mention how historical the property is, which will likely account for the smell -- not their fault, but something that we would prefer to have been prepared for.

girls trip to Niagra Falls

the house was great. Enough space for our group of 6 ladies. Central located, and a pleasant surprise when we found that all beds were queens/doubls instead of the one that was a twin--which showed in the pics. House was clean. Amble supply of stuff in the kitchen. There is a lot of stairs to this house, so if you are not able to climb stairs, this would not be for you. Plenty of hot water for shower and bathrooms were clean. we would stay here again. the antique items around the house was awesome. thanks for a great stay. :)

Nice but communication issues

The house was beautiful, roomy, comfortable. We enjoyed the walking trail right down the street. The only problem was communication issues at check in. I had asked to drop off bags at 2. Valerie said they had back to back bookings, and I would have to wait until housekeeping was done. She said she would message me when the housekeepers were ready. By 6:00 I was frantic: no message and other family members were on their way. I tried calling. I sent several messages. Finally I discovered another phone number listed. That person said that she had the code and that the house had been ready at 4. UGH! Also, that night I had a question about parking. I tried two different numbers listed. No one ever got back to me. The property was ideal for our needs, but the lack of communication caused me undue stress.

Terrible experience

It would have been nice if they would of let us know of a "plumbing problem" and hadn't cancelled the day of after we were already up there and waiting on the info for the door entrance. I messaged her like we were suppose to only to have her cancel the reservation on us right then and there. Left us (5 adults and a 1 yr old) stranded with no where to stay. Now this was booked back in January, and I messaged her a few days before and no mention of "plumbing problems" or cancellation. She said they have been dealing with it for a couple weeks and the booking never should have been made. Don't you think I should have been told when it first happened and not the day of and last minute. Wasn't very cool at all. Will NEVER book from them again. Plus the outside of the place looks nothing like the pics, shady looking neighborhood, and the garage looks like it would fall on your car if you park in it.

Wonderful Old House - Short walk to Niagra Falls Park

Delightful old 3-story home with lots of space and comfortable furniture. A large detached garage with secure entrance from the alley behind the house helped make the place feel more secure. Located in the oldest neighborhood in the city the area was clearly a home to one of the titans of industry in the late 1800's. The street/block seemed to be mainly single-family homes of the same vintage, in various stages of restoration. Two - three blocks away large modern hotels / casino were to be found if you prefer. We loved the home and would stay again.

Excellent, Great Location, literally walking distance from the falls

Highly recommended, will come back 100 times to this property. Host is incredibly flexible, speedy responsive, accommodating. Great House layout, plenty of space and rooms. We loved it!
