Everything we needed for our stay was provided. This would easily be enough house for 3 couples. Easy check in/out and all amenities were fully functional and of high quality. David was very helpful and glad to assist us to find areas of interest which turned out very useful.

Isabela is a beautiful simple town, with great beaches! Supermarket super close. You do need a car to get to the beach. I would rent it again.

Amazing stay!

This was absolutely one of my favorite places to stay. The house was located near the beach and restaurants in Jobos and other local spots. In addition, it was very clean and tidy, with all the possible amenities. It was also modern yet had some of the "Puerto Rican home" touches. The A/C and internet worked quite well. Neighborhood is quiet and felt very secure with a code to the gate entrance. Can't wait to return!

Perfect spot close to beaches

Me and my family of five really enjoyed our stay here for our first trip to PR over the holidays. David was super attentive and accommodating. He made everything easy. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our five-day stay. We liked the proximity to such a variety of beaches all within a ten to twenty-minute drive. Would love to return and stay here again.

Wonderful property and host!!!

The host Davis was spot on from the moment we booked the property. House. We loved the neighborhood and walked it several times. Coming from a city atmosphere, the chickens across the way, and the goats, were an added pleasure. The house was clean and felt right at home. It was well stocked if you have a family. We loved the back patio and yard. The rooftop view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Again, I have to complement the host David as being available and full of recommendations.

Amazing Home - Great Location

This home had every amenity available and very spacious so you didn't feel cramped. Very secure area and convenient to many beaches, tourist locations, roads, eatery, plazas and stores. Tranquil area provided the relaxation wanted on a vacation. Owner was very responsive and accomodating. Highly recommend. We'll be back!

Our stay here was amazing. Perfect for families or a girlfriend getaway. Tucked away in a safe gated community with a view of the ocean from the rooftop. A short walk down the street and you can see the shoreline.Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. We loved seeing the goats across the street. One of my favorite things here were the baby iguanas living in plant in the front. We got to see them every day perched on the leaves. I love animals so I truly enjoyed that. You wont regret your stay here. Desk for work and Internet, Alexa in the kitchen to play your favorite tunes. I would absolutely book this place again. The host is communicates very well and is super kind and understanding.

Beautiful Oasis

This elegant home is located in a precious corner of Isabela. With spectacular views from the rooftop, it provided so much more than we’re expecting. Simply said, it’s an oasis by the coast. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and empathetic towards us. Best choice ever! Highly recommended.

Nice quiet spot in Isabela

My family got together for the holidays and stayed here. Really great spot for families, safe and quiet neighborhood. Views of the ocean from the rooftop patio. Absolutely beautiful, we would love to stay there again! The host was great with communication and recommendations. The fireworks viewed from the roof top on New Year’s Eve was an experience like no other, spectacular! The house is also in a great location for quick trips to experience the west side of the island! We really loved our time at this place!

Amazing Time

We had an amazing time staying at this property! The pictures of the property are spot on! The home was very clean with plenty of amenities. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax! The supermarkets are close as well as the beaches! The rooftop is a great place to hangout and watch a beautiful sunset! David was very responsive with any questions and concerns we had. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Beautiful home perfect location with some of the best beaches and food nearby

We love this property and the location. The house was very spacious, and afforded us all privacy when desired. The roof is a great place for relaxing and tanning. The espresso maker and beach chairs came in very handy. We made good use of the countertop space for meal prep. We checked out quite a few beaches. Definitely recommend Jobos and crash boat. Our host David was always making great recommendations of other sites and places to eat, and they all worked out wonderfully. We would certainly like to stay here again.

Great Property for a Family

As a fist time Vrbo user, I am happy to say we had an extremely positive experience with this property. Our host, David, was very easy to communicate with which made our stay carefree. The house was as advertised in the pictures and description. Room for the entire family to spread out. Everything was clean and comfortable. The gated community was a plus and the neighborhood was relatively quite. Location is convenient to many of the beaches in the northern and western coasts of PR. We explored a few of them during our stay. The beach supplies came in handy for sure. Having a washer and dryer was useful as well. We highly recommend this property to anyone who us considering staying in this part of PR.

Perfect location

The place was very close to Aguadilla airport. Perfect location and house was so clean and spacious for our family. The host/owner was so accommodating and communicated with us throughout the stay. We work remotely for 2 days and the internet connection was great! The place has everything you need to make your stay like you are at home. The top terrace had amazing views of the ocean and we enjoyed it every morning. The area has Jobos beach near by and it was our spot to hang out and enjoy the beach and restaurants. We are visiting again very soon and will definitely stay at this place again. Thank you to the host/owner for your generosity and allowing us to stay late until our flight at no extra cost. We were very thankful! I would give it 10 stars! The place was exceptional! If you are looking at this place don’t think twice, just book it you won’t regret it.

Beautiful Home With Stunning Views

This home was everything we wanted and more. To begin we arrived to this gorgeous and very, very clean home. The cleanliness was outstanding and we immediately felt comfortable. There is plenty of room with two very comfortable sitting areas. The grill was a huge plus and we were able to grill and chill most nights. The views from the home were spectacular whether you were on the ground level or the completely awesome roof top deck. The roof top deck is set up with chairs and tables and was our go to place early evenings for sunset. The island views and incredible ocean views were more than we had hoped for. Also the neighborhood was gated and not only felt safe but peaceful. The home is about a 5 minute or so drive to Jobo's and I highly recommend it. The owner, David, is very responsive to questions and made our stay amazing!!

Best Host!

I had a fantastic experience with our VRBO host, David! From the very beginning, David was incredibly responsive and helpful. He promptly answered all our questions and provided valuable information about the property. His friendly demeanor made us feel welcome even before our arrival.Upon arrival, the property was exactly as described. It was immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep with luxurious bedding. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio, which provided a stunning view and a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.Overall, David's excellent communication and attention to detail made our trip unforgettable. I highly recommend staying at any of his properties if you're looking for a seamless and enjoyable vacation experience. Thank you, David, for being such a wonderful host!

David s beautiful house

We had great time in Puerto Rico, staying 10 days at David s beautiful house. The property is in very quiet and safe neighbourhood. The sorounding is well kept, there is a big garden behind the haouse, where you can strech your legs. We were a group of two couples and one teenager, and the house was really comfortable for us. Everything you need is there and everybody got enogh space. We enjoyed the roof terace aswell as the groundfloor.terace in the backyard of the house. The kichen is well equiped, the beds are comfortabe, the bathrooms are clean and big enough. We also used some salt and spices from the kitchen and enjoyed one papaya from Davids garden, which gave us really Caribbean feeling while staying there.. :) Our host was very friendly and helpfull, reacting very quicklly. We felt like home. Thank you David, we deffinitelly recomend your property.
