The cleanliness issues you describe — the bedding in the children's room, the insects inside the house, and the condition of the pool and hot tub — fall short of what we expect from ourselves, and we take them seriously. Since your stay we have addressed this directly with our cleaning and pool service teams, tightened our pre-arrival inspection so bedding and the pool and spa are verified before every check-in, and scheduled pest treatment for the property. We also had a plumber complete the repair on the bathroom sinks, and the hot tub controls have been serviced so they no longer need to be switched on remotely. We regret the inconvenience this caused your family during what should have been a relaxing trip. We work hard and hold the highest standard to meet our guests' needs, and this stay did not reflect that. Thank you for helping us make it right.

Regarding the refrigerator, the unit is in good working order; when it is filled with a large amount of food at once it needs time to return to its set temperature, which is why patience was suggested — it was cooling properly, not malfunctioning. We want to clarify that the pool and spa are regularly maintained, including scheduled weekly service. Unfortunately, there were strong winds before your arrival, which can quickly bring leaves and debris into the pool and outdoor areas even after cleaning. Once concerns were reported, we worked hard to respond quickly and address the issues as much as possible during your stay. Regarding the Home Depot delivery and yard work, these had been scheduled in advance as part of ongoing maintenance and improvement of the property. That said, we understand that any activity during a guest stay can feel inconvenient, especially during pool hours, and we will do a better job coordinating such work to minimize disruption. We also followed up on the outdoor garbage, storage areas, and game room organization after your comments. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Our professional cleaning team provides top tier cleaning service in this area, if there's anything needs to be address, they come back to do it without a second word. I usually have guests commenting on sparkling clean house and floors. Regarding the Sofa, we actually just changed that with a Brand New leather sofa set. Now it's better fit for the house and for guests to snuggle when watch TV in the living room. Regarding the master bedroom bed, this is the first time I hear such comments. Ironically, one past guest even asked me for the brand of the mattress after checking out - because they slept so well and they wanted to purchase the same brand of mattress for their own home. Regarding the hot tub and quiet hour, it has been part of the rental agreement and city regulation. Isn't it always nice to be respectful for your neighbors' night rest? This guest group were crowding around the hut tub with loud conversation even after 10:45pm. I would say they can be more respectful to the house rules at the minimum.
