First family ski vacation

Our family of four had great stay here! Though we had a small, accidental snag at check-in, our hosts we great about making sure everything went well from there. The location and accommodations were excellent. Recommend for any family ready for a great ski vacation!

Perfect ski-in/ski-out location at Granby Ranch—just steps from the lift, ski rentals, and ticket shop. The included ski locker was extremely convenient. The condo was comfortable, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and having a washer/dryer was a big bonus. Hosts were responsive with clear, easy instructions. We loved it so much we plan to make this an annual trip and will definitely try to rent this place again!

The location was great for skiing at granby, easy access to the slopes and so nice to have the lockers available to us. The condo is well stocked and very clean, the owners were very easy to communicate with.

Everything we needed!

Easy vacationing! The location was ideal, the property was very clean and it was stocked with little things that saved us from buying more than w needed at the grocery store like dishwasher detergent, coffee, hand warmers for skiing etc. we would definitely return!

10 out of 10 - highly recommended

You can’t beat this location to the slopes nor the hospitality of the hosts. Our kids are still small so the mountain feels big enough. But we may come to Granby even as they get older because there is no where else you can get such a great place to stay.

Can't beat the location, that's for sure. With the lockers downstairs and access to the lifts, Granby Ranch reigns supreme for family convenience. This condo is very nice, has everything you need. Beds are good if you like firm beds. Host is very responsive and kind. A great value overall. Highly recommended.

Spring break with the Fam

We had a great time taking our girls skiing for their 1st time. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed:) The girls loved making s’mores at the fire pit and swimming in the heated outside pool. It was great having codes to the room, garage and the locker room. We will definitely be returning again soon!! The host were great!!

Perfect Stay

Our family of 5 was so happy with our stay. The communication with the owners was fantastic. They provided all of the information we needed plus recommendations on site and in the area. The condo worked out perfectly for us- bunk beds were great for the kids! We had just enough room to relax after a day of skiing. The kitchen has everything you need as well. The location is perfect at Base Camp One! The slopes and lifts are right outside the backdoor. This was ideal with our three kids - so convenient and easy! We enjoyed being close to the Lodge as well. Highly recommend this condo and we will be back!

Exceeded expectations

This is a GREAT place to stay and ski Granby. This particular unit felt like walking into a brand new home - what a dream for a Christmas vacation! The unit was so convenient - underground parking was a breeze, luggage carts to get you to the unit, great advanced communication to get you in the unit, then walk in to a super clean, well decorated stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen pots/pans/dishes, washer/dryer were all top quality. It was so easy to get downstairs, use the ski locker and pop out onto the hills right at the bottom of the lift. It would be easy to pop upstairs for a ski break or lunch. The owners were great with communication. If you are debating between units, this one gives you a great view being on the 4th floor. Definitely would choose the view over being on a lower floor. Would stay here again! Thanks for a great 2022 Christmas vacation!

My family and I are all Colorado natives and enjoy spending as much time as we can in the mountains. Granby is a great "getaway" spot where you have access to an amazing amount of amenities without having to battle the crowds of other larger resort towns. The condo offers a retreat that allows you to slow life down a little, take in some deep breaths and reflect.

The fourth floor location is one of the most quiet due to the top floor and only sharing one wall with another unit. Easily one of the more attractive properties due to the upgrades we have added since we purchased the property in 2021!
