From our family to yours...we offer you a truly cozy space, thoughtfully designed and supplied for your comfort, while also being wildly convenient to all of the activities and amenities Granby Ranch has to offer! Located at the popular Base Camp One, this unit has a ground floor back patio that walks right out onto the Granby Ranch facilities, steps away from the restaurants, bars, coffee shop, rental facilities, Ranch Hall with gym, pool and hot tub, and of course...the base of the mountain! Perfect for all your skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, boating, or otherwise adventuring needs. This unit is operated and maintained by prompt and personable local residents, and we are ready and willing to help you with any questions you may have!

THE PROPERTY:
This unit is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo on the ground floor of Base Camp One. We are located just down the hall from the elevators, the gathering room, and the ski locker storage room. Our back patio walks right out onto Granby Ranch Lodge with all of its amenities! Our space includes:

* Kitchen: Full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker. Fully stocked with all the basics (including the wine opener!); dining table for 5.
* Laundry: Stackable washer and dryer with enough supplies to get you started.
* Bathroom: Oversize soaking tub/shower combo, toilet, sink. Linens and hairdryer supplied. Two additional half baths (womens/mens) are available down the hall in the ski locker room.
* Bedroom #1: Queen Bed, dresser, smart TV, and light-blocking blinds and curtains. Linens supplied.
* Living Room: Pull-out Sofa Bed (Full) and child size ottoman fold-out cot, linens supplied. Smart TV, light-blocking blinds and curtains, stacked stone gas fireplace, leather power recliner.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Parking: Base Camp One has a heated underground garage that keeps your vehicle safe and dry! There is a strict 1-car per condo policy. Parking pass is located in unit.
* Only two adults fit in our cozy condo. Up to three children 17 and under also allowed (maximum of 5 guests total), but please consider the size of your people compared to our sleeping arrangements to ensure comfort!
* Primary renter for this property must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions will be considered on case-by-case basis, please contact host.
* No A/C in unit (normal for Colorado mountain climates). Ceiling fans, box fans and cool mountain air via open windows available!
* No pets allowed, no exceptions (building policy).
* We are family friendly! Pack-N-Play, compact highchair, and child friendly dining essentials provided. Please note: childproofing not offered. Children must be supervised at all times.
* Ski locker comfortably accommodates gear for 2 people. Additional lockers can be found on the 2nd floor of the lodge building, near the cafeteria.
* Pool, hot tub, and gym access available through Granby Ranch resort for an additional fee of $15 per person, per day (credit card only). Children 8 and under are free. See attendant in Ranch Hall (next to pool) for details. Renters must present your VRBO reservation confirmation in order to purchase a pass.
* Granby Ranch resort facilities are subject to closures outside of our control. This includes all ski and bike amenities, food establishments, Ranch Hall, pool and hot tub, fire pits, etc. These closures are not subject to refunds. Please call Granby Ranch directly to confirm availability of amenities during your scheduled stay.
