This charming duplex offers a nostalgic experience for families, with cozy rooms reminiscent of childhood sofa forts. The upstairs ceilings peak at about 6'5", adding to the cozy, whimsical atmosphere. Located just a short walk from the beach, the property features a fully equipped kitchen, a full-sized washer/dryer, and TVs with Roku in each room. For your convenience, there's also a blender to make the perfect Pina Colada. Create lasting memories in this unique and inviting home.

VERY IMPORTANT - Parking is limited to one vehicle, and street parking is not available.

Very pleasant stay

The property is located trully 5 minutes away from the beach. The rooms are decent size, all equiped with AC units (a lil bit on the noisy side). All rooms were clean, ready to go upon arrival. The communication with the property owner/management has been seemless, and accomodating upon arrival. It is kid approved :) We are looking forward to be able to return in the years to come.

Weekend beach getaway

Nearby beach off Chesapeake bay, less than one hour drive from house to Norfolk beach and Virginia Beach, we hit all three up on our short weekend stay. House was nice for our family, some beds a little small for our larger children but they managed and enjoyed their stay as well. Was nice and stocked with all the things you could need except groceries however I did wash dishes by hand before using them. We had a nice stay.

Very Clean and Quite Comfortable!

This property was meticulously clean! Everything that was advertised to be there was there! Parking was fine, the kitchen was spotless, washer and dryer were outstanding, living/dining area was just perfect for us, the bedrooms were great, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for all of our clothes etc., bathroom was spotless, shower had great pressure, great hot water, towels were great, and so much more. Very quiet at night. The proximity to the beach was also great. Quick drive to all the shopping, history and attractions.

Stay

Quiet location,we felt like we were in a wave because the house is leaning in a lot of places. Beds were not the comfortable because of the movabilty of the platforms there are on. The sofa is not comfortable to sit on it needs to be taller it is too short for most adults to sit on, the recliner chair was ok the bar table for eating was ok. Overall the house was cute looking. Also needs to handle the bugs, like roaches and flying little bugs mainly in bathroom. We would consider staying in this property again for the location if some cosmetics change where made.

It was just ok.

The house is very small and not really any room for ppl to hanh out comfortably. There was no outside table and only 2 chairs so indoors was about the only hangout area. There were ants in the bathroom and bugs everywhere inside and out. It seems they dont spray for insects. The guy that came to mow while were parked in the driveway sprayed grass and garbage all over my car while weedeating. The beds were comfortable thats about the only positive i have.

Lovely little place

We had a lovely week at Buckroe Beach. The house is cute, comfortable & very well-equipped. Buckroe Beach itself is a very quiet place & a great location for visits to Williamsburg & Virginia Beach. The house is in a convenient location a few minutes walk from a clean, quiet beach with golden sand. The family had a really enjoyable stay & would highly recommend

Cute clean and convenient

VERY short trip to the beach. Was very clean. They have everything you could need during your stay. Owner and property manager were very helpful.
