Oceanfront complex, one-bedroom, one-bath, single-level, ground-floor corner unit.
Quiet location. No traffic noise (you are in paradise, there should be none). The condo is located in the 'Lower Village' just steps from one of the 3 quiet pools, close to the beach and main pool pavilion (3-5 min walk).

Ocean view from lanai and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. There are newer air conditioning units in both the living room and bedroom. HDTV with streaming apps available (Netflix, Prime Video, etc), free Wi-Fi.

Family friendly. Well stocked with all the gear you'll need to enjoy a memorable family vacation!

Everything about the condo was wonderful! The inside was very cutely decorated and had everything we needed to cook, go to the beach, and just hang out. The house was so close to the pool and beach which was ideal with our son! The pool area was also great with space to eat or hang out. They were also very responsive if we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

We are two very quiet, middle aged scuba divers who get up around 5:30 in the morning to pull our gear together for morning boat dives. This condo was perfect for us: there’s a hose for rinsing gear, a sunny sheltered patio for drying the gear without everyone having to see it; and a washer-dryer. Perfect! Plus the bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed; the location was away from Kihei traffic but close to the boat ramp; and the beach that the complex opens onto is fabulous. The owners were super kind when I realized I given them the wrong checkout date, and they kindly extended our stay. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo if you, like us, appreciate a quiet, clean, nicely appointed place to relax after spending a couple of hours underwater.

Wonderful Spot for Families

Mahalo for a great stay. The unit was functional and lovely and in a great spot. The beach and pool supplies were terrific, and we especially appreciated the kid supplies (infant chair, pack n play). Please note the toaster is on the fritz and one of the fridge drawers is broken, but otherwise just a great spot!

Fun spring break week in Wailea!

We had a great time at Wailea Ekahi 1C! Great location (close to beach and pools) and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Snorkeling on the beaches in walking distance was great, sea turtles included!

Nice, clean unit & location very convenient to have BBQ grills by pool so close. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect condo

The condo was absolutely perfect in every way. Exactly as listed, well equipped, excellent location, beautiful grounds, access to a perfect beach and swimming - couldn’t have asked for anything more! If ever in Wailea again, would definitely want to stay here again.

A Tropical Paradise

This was our second time staying at this wonderful condo. We especially loved sitting on the restful lanai. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Walks to the beach were short. Swimming pools were clean. Great communication with the host!

Perfect Place!

Three of us stayed for a week, my wife, our 2 year old daughter and me. It was a perfect location to enjoy a gentle beach and to relax. Communication was great and the apartment was just as shown in the photos. They even had toys for our kiddo to play with on the beach and a wagon to bring everyone there and back. Will definitely stay again!

Great Location

This condo was quiet and in a lovely spot with a glimpse of ocean view. The host was prompt and helpful when we needed help with a refrigerator repair. My only suggestion for improvement would be a mattress topper or new mattress for the bed. We loved staying here and would be happy to do so again.

Amazing getaway!

Our family of four had a great time at the Wailea Ekahi condo. You can’t beat the location which is super convenient to Kihei and Wailea. The swimming pools, shuffleboard and beachfront access make this an ideal stay for families. The provided beach gear and supplied coolers were helpful for outings and saved us from having to buy temporary beach equipment. We would gladly come back and stay here and highly recommend!

Great Stay!

This is our second stay at the beautiful Ekahi and this condo is in a great location on the property. Close to pools, pickleball courts, the beach and walks to the Shops of Wailea. It is also far enough from the roads for a quiet experience. The owners were quick and always very helpful with their responses as needed. We highly recommend staying with the Casco family.

Awesome stay!!!

Condo was descent. Could use some renovation but overall it was comfortable and clean. Owner was great and very responsive to our needs. Brought us extra towels when requested and let us drop off our bags before check in time so we could wonder around the island. Location is ideal and the beaches are phenomenal. I would stay here again!!

Perfect Spot in Wailea

Very guest friendly property and grounds. Nice way to be apart from the crowded hotels in Wailea. Unit has spectacular views of mountains and ocean from the lanai. Highly responsive hosts made the visit easy and enjoyable. Suggestion: put the pull out couch directly on the floor for greater comfort

Perfect Getaway

1C accommodates families

Clean, great location as only three min to beachside with pool and pavilion, good sleeping arrangements for five of family members, only one bath. Air con was great. Very basic supplies, no spices or condiments, not enough kitchen towels or bathmats, only a minor inconvenience so bought our own.

Beautiful Condo

The grounds and to pools are amazing. Quick walk to the beach with a private entrance and showers available. Wonderful outdoor cooking opportunities. The condo was quaint and stocked well for daily living. Washer dryer is always handy. Patio area was nice. Would definitely look at staying at this property next trip. A/C worked well.

Perfect Spot

What a wonderful condo. It was fully stocked with both kitchen items and all the beach items we needed. The condo has a wonderful view of the ocean from the lanai where we watched whales. The property was also great. We used the heated pool near the beach, snorkeled at the beach, played pickleball and shuffleboard, and walked the Wilea beach path. Would highly recommend.

Good Bargain!

Can’t beat this condo for the price! Not fancy, but clean and everything works. Nicely furnished kitchen, even a salad spinner 😊 Great location in the complex. Quiet area. Main pool and beach just down the hill, maybe a 3 minute walk! The lanai has a partial ocean view. Lovely for enjoying morning coffee.
