5 Bedroom, 3 Bath with Mountain Views, sleeps 10-13.
The upper floor is accommodated with a living area with leather furniture, and downstairs is the living room with 1 twin sofa bed.

The "Payson Home" is nestled above the trees with views of the Granite Dells Mountain range with unobstructed views of the surroundings. Wake up to the mountain views with a cup of coffee from the deck(s). The interior is comfortable and relaxing with a homey atmosphere. The top floor has a living room with comfortable leather furniture and a Big screen TV, all new appliances and granite counter tops, an imported Italian dining room set that will seat 10 comfortably, 4 island stools.
Three upstairs bedrooms with a spacious Master Bedroom Suite. The downstairs floor offers 2 bedrooms, bath, an extremely comfortable living room with big screen TV and a huge game room with pool table and ping pong. Plenty of games and puzzles. All the bedrooms have brand new beds that are all comfortable. We offer a work friendly space provided with a desk that has ethernet for fast internet speed. We are pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $25 per pet.
We also offer a fire pit. We have bundled wood for sale. Plenty of parking in front and back of the house.

The area offers plenty of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, fishing, boating, golfing, tennis, pickleball, parks, off roading, site seeing, national monuments, Tonto Creek fish hatchery, horseback riding, swimming at The Water Wheel on the East Verde River, boating or fishing at Roosevelt lake, shopping at the many thrift stores and antique shops.

ATTENTION- this vacation home is located in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental policy includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Evictions and forfeitures of deposit for any violations of said policies are strictly enforced. Please be sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting The Payson Home.

This was the best VRBO we have stayed in as far as amenities and how well the kitchen was stocked. It had everything we needed and then some! We spent Christmas here and had the most amazing time with our family. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time. The cabin was lovely and well stocked with daily necessities and the beds were comfortable. We sat on the porch and watched the elk and other wildlife. Lots of areas to hike if you wanted. In a great neighborhood and restaurants and stores were within a mile but we still felt secluded. Can't say enough great things about our stay.

Payson retreat

Lovely home that was well appointed with a fun game room. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. The home is perfect for a family or two. Hiking trail about a mile away is worth the adventure. Host was great to work with.

Wonderful place to stay! We hope to return!

We were 7 adults, two children and a dog, and we had a fabulous time here. The house is lovely, welcoming, and well supplied with everything we could have wanted. As we were preparing to leave, our 8-year-old said, "Could we come back here next year? It could become a tradition!"
