Great location!

We had a family of 8 and the house worked well. Plenty of room for everyone and very close to the beach! Very easy to contact owner too. Would rent again!

Great house very close to beach and boardwalk

We had a very nice time staying here. It was just a block from beach and boardwalk. The house was roomy and comfortable and had an outside patio area. Offering off-street parking for two cars, this house is an excellent choice in Seaside Heights.

Location was great. Very spacious. My only disappointment was that it was not cleaned very well. The coffee pot had used coffe grounds in it. & hair on the main bathroom floor. Also no tpaper products like paper towels and hardly awas not

Upon arrival trash still in kitchen can. Coffee pot was dirty/ not emptied or cleaned. Bathrooms had little to no toilet paper. 2 Extra blanket in downstairs bedroom closet smelled dirty and had to be washed and pillow has visible blood stains so it was unusable. No additional sheets for pullout couches for sleeping arrangements other than actual madeup beds so sleeping arrangements for 8 is NOT provided. Something fell behind bed in bedroom downstairs and bed was pulled out and there was visible piles of dirt and hair.

Overall a nice stay

The location was abolutely fantastic, loved having a driveway that fits multiple cars so you dont have to worry about parking, and the place was very spacious. I cant say that I would stay here again though because I'd probably look for something a little nicer. It definitely could use a thorough deep clean, new sheets, and some paper towels, toilet paper and extra towels would be nice. There was 6 of us and we all only had one towel for the week. 2 hand towels for the whole place. And the floor soon after you walk in, has a large very uneven and easily tripworthy spot. That should be addressed immediately especially when people are bringing their kids or elderly people...however with all that being said it was still a nice stay, the place just needs a little love and it would be perfect.

Location, location, location !!!

First let me start by saying the proximity of this property can’t be beat. Literally steps from the beach and boardwalk. You could leave your car in its parking spot (included!) the whole trip and still have PLENTY to do within walking distance. The house is spacious with a great kitchen and family area. The house has plenty of rooms and sleeping options. The AC was excellent, perfect nights sleep, comfy beds too. Despite being close to everything the street is relatively quiet at night. The upstairs loft is beautiful for a lazy morning and coffee on the balcony. The porch is nice to sit out on too. The grill was small and electric which is something we weren’t familiar with so we didn’t love it but the owner helped us navigate it. The house could use a deep clean and some extra paper towels and more than one garbage bag for a week. I would 100% recommend this property. The owner was pretty responsive and tried to stay and welcome us but we were late at arriving. Just know that what the house lacks in luxury it makes up for in location.

Filthy

The house was filthy! Coffee was still in the pot from people before bed sheets were not changed hair and stains were on them. Pillows were dirty, stained and smelled. I washed the sheets so we could sleep and the dryer was not working The host did send new pillows and sheets the next day She also had a new dryer delivered 2 days later. Then when I used the washer again all the water ran out side of the house and floor. My husband fixed it. The host did take care of the sheets pillows and dryer in a timely matter but 2 of us had to sleep on the couch 1st night. Alot of light bulbs were out. I could go on and on.....she did send her cleaning people the next day but my husband and I had already cleaned. Food on furniture old dirty socks under couch. Not enough hot water for one person to take a fast shower and we had five in our group Even though things were addressed and most taken care of by the host my problem is this should have been done BEFORE we arrived!!! So it really put a damper on our trip. The only good thing it's very close to the boardwalk and beach. Would never stay again!!!! When we talked to the host and a review was mentioned by us she accused us of threatening her...ridiculous! I Don't recommend this place
