The Space:
Sundial F106 features a peaceful courtyard location centrally located in the West development of Sundial Resort. Steps to the grills, pool, shuffleboard, beaches, and more, you will find entertainment and fun in the sun to be extremely proximal to your unit. Additionally, the walk out lanai offers convenience that other units do not for those with restricted mobility or simply want a more seamless walk to the beach, free of elevators, people, and front door locks.
This unit was fully renovated in 2025 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa in the living room, this unit is ideal for larger parties of up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip.
In terms of location, Sundial of Sanibel is located in an area considered to be mid-island, equidistant to all Sanibel has to offer including beaches, restaurants, attractions, and the mainland of Fort Myers for those adventurous enough to explore beyond the island. Located in the F building of Sundial West, this residence is less than a three minute walk to the beach and features direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from the rightmost portion of the patio. In terms of positioning, this residence boasts a tranquil water feature directly in front of its patio, the Gulf of Mexico to the left, and a beautiful sunset exposure at the end of each day!

Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay.
Getting Around:
We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
