Ce condo, unité 172, a de superbes vues sur la plage! Nous sommes à moins de 75 mètres de la plage. Écoutez les vagues du condo! Il est idéalement situé entre la plage et la piscine.

Lits Queen & Twin dans la chambre. Lit King dans la chambre principale. Nouvelle literie et décoration! Trois téléviseurs à écran plat avec câble. Wifi haut débit.
Notre chariot de plage, nos chaises de plage et notre glacière à roulettes font de la journée à la plage un jeu d'enfant!

Salles de bains rénovées. Nouveau matelas queen dans la chambre et plus encore! Meubles de véranda confortables.

Grand condo pour 2 couples voyageant ensemble ou une famille de 5 ou 6 personnes. Chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit queen et un lit jumeau. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit King. Salles de bain privées pour chaque chambre. Canapé-lit dans le salon.
Écoutez les vagues de ce magnifique condo avec vue sur le golfe à quelques pas de la plage! Profitez de nombreux bombardements sur cette plage de renommée mondiale. Sanibel est l'endroit où aller si vous voulez vous détendre et vous évader. Regardez les dauphins jouer dans les vagues ou les nombreux oiseaux tropicaux en vous promenant près de votre chaise de plage.

Notre condo à Loggerhead Cay offre une vue imprenable sur la plage depuis le bâtiment 1 qui est l'un des rares bâtiments de l'île si proche de la plage! Situé entre la piscine et la plage, vous pouvez garder un œil sur toute la famille. La grande piscine chauffée offre de nombreux sièges, des parasols et une terrasse avec tables et parasols pour une collation l'après-midi. Ce condo offre un accès facile à la plage et à la piscine et est situé près de l'ascenseur et des escaliers.
Parapluie, chaises de plage, chariot de plage, glacière sur roues et jouets de sable inclus. Raquettes de tennis et jeux de société aussi. Outils de barbecue également.

Un parking réservé est situé en face de l'unité avec un parking invité à proximité.

Il y a 2 terrains de golf publics à proximité. Loggerhead Cay dispose de 2 courts de tennis disponibles sans frais. Des barbecues et des palets sont également disponibles. Lovely well-equipped condo with great gulf and pool views and convenient access to the BBQ grills too.Very comfortable beds and as mentioned the kitchen had every tool and convenience you'd need.The host was a pleasure to work with, a great communicator who clearly wanted to ensure we had a great stay, which we did! The management company were also realy responsive and were just as concerned that we enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was that we had to leave (eventually!)We'd recommend this unit without hesitation and will return if it's available the next time we go to Sanibel!

This was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had, thanks to the fantastic host! They were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and provided detailed check-in instructions that made arrival a breeze. The unit itself was immaculate, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. The view is amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. It is clear the host takes great pride in maintaining a wonderful space for guests. 10/10 recommendation!

Rarely is a rental better than the photos, but this one was. I would definitely rent again. We loved our two week stay. It is a very comfortable place.

Both unit and property were pristine. Very comfortable couches and decor was intentional and useful. Laundry hampers, coolers and all beach gear (wagon included) were very helpful. Layout was also a perk. Close to all things (pool, beach, stairs, elevator, and trash shoot, so you don’t have to walk your trash all the way down to the dumpsters!)Had to reach out to the owner because of an error on our end… very responsive and nice - both owner and rental company.

Great accommodations for family of 5

This condo has an amazing location in the building nearest the beach, and a beautiful gulf view. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed to make meals. The condo complex was perfect for my teens- they loved the pool and pickle ball courts. Great beach week!

A great family vacation

We enjoyed everything about our stay here! The unit was very clean, had everything we needed (loved that it has a Crock-Pot!), and the decor was so lovely. Perfect spot in relation to the beach and pool. Debbie was very easy to reach and quick to respond. The pool and grounds are wonderful as well. We can't wait to come back!!!

Lovely getaway

What a beautiful gulf view from the balcony of this lovely condo!It was wonderful to wake to the sunrise each morning. The condo is clean and very nicely decorated. Check in was easy, and communication with the owner and rental agent was responsive. We recommend this unit!

Overall great place to stay!

This was one of the best rental condos I've ever stayed in. It was clean and had everything we needed....including the in-unit washer/dryer. The location was great and we could easily get to anything we needed on Sanibel (Jerry's grocery store, restaurants, etc.). The beach was an easy walk from the unit. I've been telling all my family and friends to book this place the next time they go to Sanibel. It was one of the best trips my son (who's 7 years old) and I have ever had together. :-)

We loved our stay! So nice to be back to Sanibel after the hurricane. It has a great location, wonderful view from the lanai, and is both comfortable and tastefully decorated. We were able to easily cook with the cookware provided. The only basic things we needed to buy were cooking oil, seasoning, and shampoo. The storage locker was very helpful as it had beach chairs and umbrellas we could use for a family of four. Our packet from the Management company received at check-in did not include check-out instructions so just be sure to clarify those as needed. We would definitely stay again!

We are happy to hear that you had a great stay at our condo! We try to think of everything you may need for a comfortable vacation. I hope you enjoyed the remodeled showers. I may be wrong, but I was under the impression that the FL rules do not allow food to be provided. We do, and I think other guests do leave behind non perishable seasoning & oil for future guests. Our management company texts the check out procedures mid week. We even get them when we are staying in our unit. We look forward to hearing from you in the future!

Relaxing Stay

This condo is well appointed and has comfortable beds. The lanai was great for enjoying the warm weather. The gulf is visible from the lanai and from the condo. We rented bikes. You can bike in many directions from here. Watch for the manatees in the canal across the street. Communication with the owner was great. We are going back next year. This will be the first time that we have stayed in the same place on Sanibel two years in a row.

No amenities spared

We stayed for two weeks. Other condos that we rented in the past were booked, so we were glad to find such a nice one. The location within the complex is ideal, just steps from both the swimming pool and the beach. The condo itself is nicely decorated and updated. The owner has found a way to provide everything that a renter could want, including quite an array of kitchen appliances and tools. We loved the little touches as well, such as automatic nightlights in the bathrooms. The owner was very responsive to small questions we had, and is eager to be sure that her guests needs are met quickly and efficiently. We enthusiastically booked our two weeks for next year!

Perfect spot for a relaxing week.

This two bedroom felt bigger. We loved the layout and the screened in porch added to our comfort. Great views and a short walk to the beach and the pool. If you enjoy hunting for shells you won’t be disappointed. We drove out to Captiva several times for lunch and I would recommend it. The traffic seems worse that it truly is. There are traffic control cops keeping everything moving at the busiest times of the day and it really works. You can also avoid the main road a lot of the time from this location. My wife and I would strongly recommend this condo to any of our friends.

Great Condo and Location

We loved our stay. It was our first return to Sanibel since Ian and we were so happy to be back. The condo is a perfect location and in excellent condition. The only issue we had was with communication from the rental agency. They would text us to move our car due to some construction issues at the building, but wait until mid day when we had often already left the condo. They also once told me I was parked in the wrong spot- which was wrong. I had to visit the association office to find out the rental agency had texted the wrong renter. (A condo with a number close to ours was parked in the wrong spot- not me) As rebuilding concludes this will be a non issue I am sure.

Nice condo on the beach.

Condo with a beach and gulf view. A quick and easy short walk to the beach. Kitchen had enough dishes/utensils/pans for use. Beds were comfortable. The place was clean. The owner was informative about the area. The check in and check out was easy. There is a lot to do on the island. The beach is clean and the water was clear. We enjoyed our stay.

Loggerhead Cay - amazing vacation!

We waited so long and found what looked like the perfect beach vacation- and it was. Perfect short walk to the beach- clean pool- quiet community! Inside was clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 5 which includes two very grown teenage boys. We loved the condo and the location. We did not want to leave and would love to go back!

Wonderful vacation rental

The condo was lovely and had the most perfect location! It is one of the closest buildings to the beach with a beautiful ocean view and is also very very close to the pool. The unit was clean and decorated well. It was so nice having the storage closet so no sandy items had to come into the unit and it was stocked well with everything we needed for our trip! The owners sent a very detailed and helpful email prior to our visit with wonderful suggestions of activities and restaurants! We trekked several of their recommendations and they were all a hit! The kitchen was pretty well stocked but my one suggestion would be to add a cookie sheet (there were none). Other than that we had all the pots/pans/dishes we could need! We loved sanibel and would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a lovely vacation!

Thank you for the kind review! We try to provide everything a guest may need or want for a trip to the beach. There was most likely a cookie sheet there. We have been keeping them in the drawer under the stove but have found that they easily slide out of the drawer under the stove. I am planning on moving them and labeling the cabinets inside so housekeeping can keep everything organized. I am so glad that you had a wonderful stay! Debbie

Great views of the Gulf!

We loved this property- we lived on the screened in patio with the fabulous view of the gulf. We stayed in this area almost the entire time we were in the condo. The main rooms are all generously sized and more than enough for 2 people. The bathrooms are small and a bit outdated but everything else was great!
