The Lil' Rustic Cabin

Welcome to Fancy Hill Cabins and RV Park LLC and our Lil' Rustic Retreat Cabin. Our Lil' Rustic Retreat is the first cabin on our journey and situated on approximately 12 acres of beautiful wooded, privately owned land in Fancy Hill, Arkansas with Jack Creek located just steps from the cabin. This cabin shares the same entrance with another cabin.

Relax in our creek side Hot Tub or relax in our swinging bed as you let your worries slip away.

Slip back to simpler times, quiet moments, beautiful family time around the kitchen table, and the simple joy of being in the "now" moment with family or friends.

Our Lil' Rustic Retreat Cabin will accommodate up to 2 people, with a handmade full size cedar bed, a full-size futon couch, and an OUTSIDE full-size swinging bed (a guest favorite, especially during the spring, summer, and fall), gas grill, charcoal grill, and a creek side Hot Tub. Outside you will also find a cedar enclosed shower to rinse off in before the hot tub or after all your Creekside fun.

This cabin has WIFI provided and a small radio, if you would like other entertainment, please feel free to bring your own electronics as this cabin has no TV, if only for a couple of days we encourage our guests to step away from technology and explore the beautiful backroads of the Ouachita's as there is so much to see and do.

If you're looking for a whimsical cabin built out of locally sourced materials, This is your place. This cabin has plenty of character and was absolutely what me and my daughter needed to reland the Arkansas mountains.

Weekend retreat

We had a great time at Fancy Hill Cabin. The cabin was great, exactly as advertised. Took several naps on the porch swing, the creek next to the cabin was perfect. Went to the store owned by the family and the owner came out to greet us. Will definitely be back.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Our anniversary getaway couldn’t have been better!! Thank you guys for creating the perfect little hidden treasure! The porch swing, the creek and the fire pit was just what we needed. The cabin was so cozy and had everything we needed. You guys thought of everything !! Will definitely be back !!

Wonderful getaway

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was perfect. So beautifully done, charming, and cozy. This is a perfect place to unplug and relax. I really enjoyed letting the little radio play in the background. It reminded me of summer days in my childhood. This place was very, very clean and had lots of little things like an extra toothbrush, soap, shampoo... Some snacks and coffee.

Absolutely amazing!

We wanted a peaceful weekend getaway and this cabin made it possible! Listening to the creek while stargazing was so relaxing. The little goodies left from the hosts made us feel very welcome. It is obvious the hosts take a lot of pride in this place, as they should!

What a sweet little place!

We enjoyed our stay very much and the cabin is absolutely adorable. The little country store .5 miles from the cabin was very well stocked and had so many interesting things for sale. The location was perfect for us! We hiked the Little Missouri Trails and also visited Wegner Quartz Mine. The cabin is small, but perfectly appointed. The snacks were a nice add. The owners make a point to reiterate that this cabin is in the wild with spiders and all, but I didn’t see a single spider web. The property was immaculate! The outdoor fire pit area with the horseshoes was probably our favorite. Any time we were outside, someone was tossing horseshoes! We will visit again!

We loved our stay. Perfect little cozy weekend getaway.

It was in the perfect area. Two miles away from Albert Pike entrance. We loved everything about this little place from the décor., cleanliness, campfire set up, and our favorite was the little creek that ran behind the cabin. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The owners are very sweet and friendly. They made us feel very welcome and they even own the little general store right next door. We will definitely be back.

Perfect tiny getaway

We had so much fun playing in the creek and roaming the tiny cabin! We appreciated the britta filter in the fridge, as the tap water had a smell. It was the perfect tiny escape!
