Perfect place for our family gathering! There was so much room to enjoy games, fishing and cooking our own meals. This beautiful property could not have been more perfect! We had everything we needed!!! We made incredible memories! I can’t say enough good things about this vrbo! We plan to return soon!!!

Our first time staying here. Wonderful weekend. I rated arrival/check-in terrible because it is very rural and you cannot see the signage with the address for this property.GPS says "you have arrived" almost a a mile before you actually get to the location to turn off. Very confusing with no visible address.

Because of our rural location, GPS directions can sometimes be inaccurate and may indicate arrival before reaching the actual property entrance. Sanders Lodge is a gem. We had a family of 5 and had more space than we needed. The secluded location made family bonding special. My group did not fish in the pond but saw lots of success in the guest book. While the location is secluded, historic Jefferson and Marshall are easy commutes. Our group did a tour of Caddo Lake with "Capt Ron" which was both educational and entertaining. We all came back with our batteries recharged.

Excellent property! I would definitely stay here again! We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to spend much time at the house. I would like to come back and stay a while!

Property is secluded and relaxing, no noise but the birds singing. The host (Rebecca) was very responsive. We had an issue with the frig not cooling properly and had someone out the next morning who made the repair. The house is spacious and comfortable, I highly recommend this property if you want to unwind, disconnect, and relax.

The place was amazing to stay at. Lots of room for a large party. Beautiful property. Lots of fish, the kids loved it! There is no railing on the dock, so watch small children. We had one fall in. Also, there are some old pieces of wood, so wear shoes. Someone in our party got a massive splinter in her toe.

Had a lovely time at Sanders Lodge. Plenty of space inside and out to spread out, the lake is much more beautiful in person than the pictures give it credit. I wish that we could’ve stayed longer.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! We rented this home for our family trip. We had 8 adults and 2 teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed and to have privacy. Plenty of hot water, even when multiple people took showers at the same time. There is an abundant spice rack, which was great for us as we tried to cook at home most of the weekend. The lake is absolutly crystal clear and has a very healthy perch, bluegill and bass population for catch and release. It is only 15 minutes to Walmart and ChikFilA, but secluded enough for you to feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. I would highly recommend for any family gathering.

We had an amazing day at the cabin with friends. The comfortable bed, beautiful backyard views, and the fenced lawn made it unforgettable. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway!
