Belinda’s property is comfortable, feels like home, is immaculately clean and well stocked. She is an excellent host! The location of the property is perfect for enjoying all Bentonville has to offer. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, Belinda’s is by far the best!

Fall Family Bike Trip

We rent 4-5 VRBO's each year and this one is definitely at the top of our list. Its adorable and luxurious. We enjoyed mornings on the porch and spending our days on bikes as everywhere is accessible from the house!

Adorable cottage

Beautiful home just blocks from town center. Easy walk or bike to the trails & downtown. We go to Bentonville a lot and this has been our favorite rental yet! Thoroughly enjoyed the front porch. Thank you Belinda!

Great location, accommodations, and comfort- truly a wonderful place to stay- from sitting under the fans on the front porch to comfortable beds, space to stretch out and incredibly easy access by foot, bike or car to town, shops, restaurants and the trails- ride to ride! Wedding weekend in Bentonville

The owner was great and easy to communicate with. She was very responsive and friendly. The property was well stocked and worked out great for our group for the weekend! One recommendation we would have is to have more instructions regarding using the thermostat and the television. We had some trouble regulating the temperature to be comfortable.

Lovely home & kind hosts

This comfortable and well-decorated home close to downtown Bentonville and MTB trails was a delight for all 5 of us (3 kids under 9 and 2 adults). The hosts were exceptionally kind and gracious and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We almost didn’t mind the bad weather for our last day of spring break, because the house was such a cozy place! Thank you for a wonderful experience in Bentonville and for being such kind and considerate hosts! We will be back. 😃

Charming cottage

Very spacious, beautifully decorated home. The cottage smelled wonderful and had many extra pillows, blankets and towels. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and had some common spices/ recipe needs. The front porch is just heaven with the fans on. Walking distance to downtown. If you don’t want to go out, there are lots of games in the living room & upstairs general room. We would LOVE to have a reason to stay here again.
