Explore Bentonville from our remodeled home featuring a seasonal pool. Located in a serene area, close to Osage Park, Thaden Fieldhouse, downtown shops, eateries, and entertainment. Offers convenient access to trails and the Crystal Bridges Museum, ideal for both relaxation and local adventures.

Our updated residence in a quiet neighborhood promises a delightful retreat near downtown and Walmart's Home Office. It includes a welcoming living room with a smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining space for six, and an outdoor area with a hot tub and a private pool open May to October suitable for sunbathing and outdoor meals. Sleep comfortably in one of three bedrooms; the main suite has a queen bed and private bath, while two additional rooms offer cozy sleeping arrangements and a shared bathroom. Enjoy the entire house, including a garage for secure bike storage. Note: The pool is open seasonally, and availability may vary. Confirm pool access before booking if crucial to your stay.

This is our 3rd trip to Bentonville for Thanksgiving and the Osage Oasis didn’t disappoint. This house is a beautiful place to stay! The house was immaculate, the bedrooms comfortable with plenty of linens, the kitchen well stocked with essentials and more. The garage had room for bike storage and a ping pong table. The sound system was great and the couches perfect for snuggling on. Lots of hot water for showers and laundry and a fantastic hot tub! The pool was closed since it’s November, so my review is actually for the hot tub. The yard would be a wonderful place to hang out in warmer weather. We’ll definitely look at renting here again!

We hand a wonderful stay at the Osage Oasis! The home was well stocked and wonderfully maintained. The outdoor oasis was fun and relaxing with a perfect sized pool (3’-7’) and plenty of places to relax. The property is within walking distance to the beautiful Osage Park and 10 minutes from downtown Bentonville. Julio was a kind and responsive host. We would love to come back!!

The house was wonderful and the pool, patio, and beautiful yard was so nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and was sparkling clean. My only suggestion is that one of the bedrooms needs a king-sized bed. Other than that, perfection!

A wonderful bentonville getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO while we were in bentonville to cycle! The home was very spacious and accommodating! We used the Pool and hot tub quite a bit and it was wonderful to use and relax in. Lot of good food options within walking or cycling distance!

Wonderful, comfy & quiet

This is a wonderful property! Everything was very clean and Julio was very responsive to all my questions. If you're looking for a quiet, comfy, relaxing time this is the place! Pool was a little chilly at first but warmed up by the end of our stay and the hot tub was a life saver for sore muscles from Mountain Biking. Close to the city but far enough away from the hustle and bustle which is exactly what we were looking for! Rest assured we'll be back in 2026!

The house was exactly as pictured, very clean, neat, and cute! The pool was amazing! Perfect for our weekend with convenience to all the things we were doing. The host, Julio, was so helpful and quick to respond. He even offered to bring us flashlights when the power went out on our block. We would definitely stay again!

You can’t beat this place!

Clean, Updated, Roomy, Comfy Bed and Couches, Great Location, Ping Pong in garage was a blast. Hot Tub was clean and updated. A few blocks from Greenway Trail that gave us the ability to ride to Bentonville on bikes to access all of Slaughter Pen and Coler Mountain bike trails. Check in was Easy and convient. Nice Television with surround sound. Good size driveway. Loaded with supplies and everything you need, just bring a toothbrush but they even had a new one under the sink. Coffee and Creamer was ready to go. Big pool but was shut down for the winter. Not a single complaint! We will definitely be back again! Awesome job Julio!

Modern & Classy

Looking to stay in the Bentonville, AR area? Are you comparing this property with another? Look no further and book this property before it’s taken! This freshly updated and modern 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home is extremely clean and has everything you need. Its smaller size presents a warm and cozy family feel but large enough to not be on top of each other. I was able to watch a football (my team won which positively enhanced the property rental experience) in one room, one of my teens read their mystery novel in a separate room, while another teen of mine relaxed in the hot tub with a couple friends. Communication with the owner was easy and they responded in a timely. Check in and check out was simple. I greatly appreciated the ease and simplicity of staying at this home. Oh, and this property is less than 10 minutes away from everything; Downtown Bentonville, grocery stores, fine dining, and movie theatres. I don’t know what else you are looking for but odds sre, this home has it. Just click the “Book” button and see for yourself!

Mountain Bike Trip

This house was a great stay. The pool was amazing, the layout and location of the house was great. The house was Very clean. It was fun to be able to grill out and play in the pool after a day of mountain biking.
