Welcome to Coral Breeze Villa! A relaxing paradise in Cape Coral. Coral Breeze is located in the desirable SE area of Cape Coral, FL. An ideal location because of the short drive from Ft. Meyers Airport(RSW) and Punta Gorda Airport(PGD). Only a 25-30 minute drive from either airport. Your vacation will be absolutely perfect at our modern, clean and comfortable home. 3 spacious Bedrooms with walk in closets, 2 Bathrooms (one has a tub), 2 living spaces and a pool with an incredible lanai to leave all of life's stresses behind. Rent a boat and hit up Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach or just cruise the canal down to Rum Runners or Boat House Tiki Bar and Grill. Come home after a fun day on the water and grill up something delicious on the gas grill and take a dip in the south facing sun bathed heated pool. End the day with a movie on any of our 3 smart TV's. No detail is overlooked here! We provide everything you need for an incredible stay as we have stayed at many vacation rentals ourselves. We know the importance of comfortable beds, clean linens, extra pillows, extra towels and sheets, pool toys and floats, activities and a well stocked kitchen. Looking to have a game night? We have fun, classic board games and playing cards. Beach Day? Our home has 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach bag and a cooler you can use. Wanting to kayak on the canal? We provide 2 hard shell kayaks and a variety of life jackets. Pool day? We have a speaker and TV by the pool and lots of floats, noodles, a football, basketball game, goggles, pool towels and more for a fun day right at the house. Do you have a little one? We have a pack and play, a highchair and 2 booster seats you can use. You are also within minutes of shopping, entertainment and an abundance of amazing restaurants. The beach is a 10 minute drive by car or 45 minutes down the canal on boat. We pride ourselves on our commitment to an excellent stay for our guests! Coral Breeze is your next home away from home!

Relaxing stay! Loved the pool!

We really enjoyed our time in this wonderful home. Home is equiped with everything you need. We loved the dock view and the warm pool. House was convenient to everything. And host was best we have ever stayed with. I mentioned we could use more washclothes, and she had a dozen more delivered from Amazon the next day. She was very responsive! Highly recommend!

Another amazing stay

We stayed our third time at the villa and was awesome as always. Rachel is seconds away if something is needed, property was clean and with a few new updates (TVs in the bedrooms) since our last stay. Overall, highly recommended to stay with family and enjoy nearby beaches. If you are in the area, don't miss it!

Relaxation at its finest!

This was a great vacation spot for me.and my husband to get away from our busy loves. We fished off the dock everyday and visited some of the local areas. A few places we ate that were really good were the Monkey Bar (love music and good food), Two Meatballs in a Kitchen, and our favorite was Fancys southern Cafe. My husband and and I were very surprised with how good.it was. We definitely would stay here again!

Such a Lovely Home

My husband and I spent a week here at the end of January. The home is spacious, spotless and well appointed. We especially loved the kitchen, lanai and pool areas. The king-sized bed in the primary bedroom was uber comfy and as I am bather, I really appreciated the tub in the 2nd bathroom! The weather did not cooperate for us, as there was an unusual cold snap, but we still enjoyed watching some of our shows out on the patio, on the new tv. Our host, Rachel, was available for any questions that we had with quick and kind attention. All in all, it was a great relaxing week in not so sunny Florida!! :)

Beautiful Home, Nice View and Pool

The home was clean, the check-in process was super easy with a door code, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our family of 6. We loved the pool and view! We had some questions during our stay and Rachel was super responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we come to Cape Coral.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely villa, the photos don’t do it justice as to the amount of space there is, lots to do with games provided and pool toys. Would love to stay again one day! Rachel checked in with us on arrival to check everything was ok and answered any questions that we had! One of the best villas we have stayed in!

The location of this villa is stunning, you would never guess you were in the middle of a city. The neighborhood is very quite.On arrival the villa gave my wife and I a homely feel. The villa has everything you would need from kitchen accessories, games, dvd's, lots of beach equipment, fishing rods, kayaks and pool toys. Amazing.The pool is stunning with an exception seating area, by far the largest pool we have had in a villa.Also loved watching the local birds and animals.Easy access to beaches and restaurants.

Granddaughter said this is Paradise

We had a most enjoyable week staying at Coral Breeze. Everything we needed and more were there for us to have a blast with our 6 yr old granddaughter who called it Paradise. We had an amazing stay! The home is beautiful and in a quiet and safe area. The house was gorgeous with a great layout! There was room to be together and also room to get a few minutes alone. The beds were all super comfortable, there were supplies enough to get started and the home was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight of our stay was the pool and patio! We spent a LOT of our time enjoying that area! The pool was crystal clear, HUGE, warm while still being refreshing in the heat, lit well so that we could enjoy swimming after dark, and there were also toys provided for even more fun! The process for booking and checing in was smooth and easy! Rachel was communicative and incredibly helpful. I could not say enough good things and we can’t wait to stay again.

Don't think about it, book it!

We had so much fun! The pool was incredible, the house is beautiful and welcoming. The amenities that were available saved us so much money on things we usually buy and have throw away before we leave. We highly recommend taking a day trip to Siesta Key, its absolutely gorgeous and worth the drive. We spent 80% of our time at the house and it was a perfect getaway for my 40th birthday.

Another great stay!

First it was in April and now in November. We spent another awesome week at the villa. Kids enjoyed the pool even more than the first time and we adults got to relax and recharge by the canal and the pool. As usual, Rachel was seconds away for any questions and the villa was clean, spacious and comfortable for us all. Before we left, the kids asked: "When are we coming back?". We'll definitely be back!

Perfect place for a family get-together!

Our stay at this clean and bright house in a nice neighborhood was perfect for our purposes. It actually is huge and has great gathering places throughout for all sorts of family activities. There are many tables for playing games (included!) and comfy couches for watching movies. It's rare to gather a big group and not feel on top of each other but it's possible in this house. The pool area is awesome with plenty of toys and the kayaks were a blast. Very well appointed kitchen as well. We found so much to do in the area...we had young ones through grandparents and everyone was happy! We definitely plan to return in the future. Thank you so much!

Family Getaway

Our last minute family getaway was perfect! The host, location and accommodations couldn’t be better. Questions were answered quickly, house was clean and everything was laid out perfectly. Coral breeze was perfect for our larger family to gather or spread out. Sleeping arrangements are great and even if you use the pullout it’s privately sectioned off, our daughter loved it. All the additional amenities were a perk! We used beach chairs, cooler and kayaks. Having the ability to BBQ was helpful (grocery pick up just blocks away) and to have coffee on the dock was such a delight. We used the pool and the outdoor living space daily! So much space, we loved it. Can’t wait for our return! Thank you for the memories!

Just like home!

We've stayed at Coral Breeze Villa for a week this past November. First time for our family in this area. We were looking for a place away from home where we can be relaxed and enjoy some time together during the year. And I think we've found one of those places where you want to come back time and time again. Rachel is probably one of the best hostesses we've had in a long time. Communication is fluid, even while she was on vacation like us! The house is amazing: quiet neighborhood, great options for foods and groceries nearby, great location to get to awesome beaches nearby. Kids LOVED the pool, they couldn't get enough of it. Kitchen was well stocked for anything you might need for cooking and preparing meals. In summary, if you're looking for a place to spend some time with your family and enjoy yourselves, look no further! In fact, we're coming back again soon to stay for another week!

Beautiful Home with Amazing Hosts

Coral Breeze Villas is the place to be! The house was easy to get too from Fort Myers Airport (about 25 minutes), with comfortable beds, a great layout for a large group, plenty of things to do including, pool & pool floaties/games, cornhole/bean bag toss, a great downtown area with several great food options as well as dive bars, kayaks for the canal & the best views you can ask for! Pool is heated with a screen surrounding so no creatures or bugs will get in your sun time! Rachel is simply the best host you could ask for! She is very accommodating, answers any questions & is available when needed! I could not have asked for a better home to have a family girls trip! Highly recommend staying at Coral Breeze Villas! Things to do near the home: - Copacetic Sailing - sail boat tours including a dolphin tour, sunset cruise & more! - Three Brothers - Paddle Boarding with Dolphins, Manatees, & More! - Fort Myers Beach Walks Places to Eat near home: - The Nevermind Bar & Grill - Twisted Lobster - all seafood! - Rum Runners - Great seafood! - Fish Tale - Simply the best seafood - more formal! - The Dek Bar - Dive Bar with Live Music - Nice Guys - Amazing Pizza + Dive Bar (great for takeout)
