A large double sink bathroom is conveniently located for easy access to all guests. Dining room & guest bedroom open to the oversized lanai and pool. Large family room conveniently located at the center of the house- near kitchen and dining room providing a great area to gather together. Large oversized dining room table. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am by city ordinance. This is a residential area. Our neighbors are nice, but they do not want to be disturbed.
Please do not touch any equipment to the side of the blue house. Changing the settings can cause serious problems for the pool operation.

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the huge beautiful Lanai. The pool was beautiful, clean and heated and the hot tub was a fun bonus. There was also a lot of seating. The house is beautifully landscaped in a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The interior was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was convenient to everything with plenty of restaurants, a Publix and Walmart nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Very spacious beds were comfortable. Outdoor area was amazing. Pool is heated. Hot tub was wonderful. Location was right in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Golf Outing

Four adult men stayed here for six days - very comfortable accommodations. Nice hot tub. BBQ is attached to gas line so you can't run out of fuel.

Perfect place

Stayed there 4 nights with 7 buddies. All adult males. We were in town for a Cincinnati fire fighters reunion. House worked perfect for us to get to all the events in the area. Pool area was great. We would sit around the large table out there. Not far from everything you might need. Hope to stay there next year.

Property was as listed. Unfortunately the pool heater was broken and the grandkids couldn’t swim the first few day we were there. Becca did get someone to fix the heater but since it was Easter weekend it took a few days. The kids enjoyed the pool the last 2 days of 7 day stay. Becca promptly refunded the fee for the first 5 days of pool heat. Hot tub was very nice.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed hanging out on the Lanai and using the pool and hot tub. The pool was the perfect temperature! The home was very clean and nicely appointed. The beds were not perfect but we're comfortable enough. The main bathroom needs some repair as the toilet was loose and both sinks cracked. Other than that, it was a good experience. Becca was very helpful by answering my questions promptly. Check in/out was so simple and straight forward. Thank you for a great stay!
