** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

The house had all of the beds that it said that it would. Check in and check out with a very easy process and Emily was very easy to work with. Our issues came in the fact that our microwave did not work, our stove burners did not work and the jets in the hot tub did not work like they should. When we contacted our host, they said someone would be by to fix them. We had one person show up for the hot tub who just turned it on and said that it was fine. I was told that someone else would have to come to fix the microwave and the stove the next day and they never showed up. We went the entire week with no microwave and only being able to use half of our stove. We threw away hundreds a of dollars of snacks and leftovers that we couldn’t reheat/cook. The hot tub also smelled like swamp water for about two days. There were barely enough towels for the amount of guests that the house can sleep and the amount of guests that we put on our reservation. The property itself was in need of some fresh paint and patching of the holes in the walls. Both the couch downstairs and upstairs had multiple rips and tears in the leather and they were duct tape taped together. We actually found two toy cars in one of the slits in our couch, which thrilled the little boy in our party. Overall, I would stay with the host again at a different property, but I would not rent the same property again.

As promised, our technicians did visit the home to inspect the microwave and stove. Unfortunately, they needed to order parts, which caused an unexpected delay. We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. Rest assured, all amenities have since been inspected again and confirmed to be in great working condition. Plenty of room for all!

The property is in a great location and is a very nice community. Home was very clean and other than your normal wear was in great shape and very clean. was nice to have enough beds for everyone in our group and with enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready in time for things. Also there was plenty of space for everyone to sit together and unwind on top of a game room for those that still had energy to spare! highly recommend this and will definitely be staying again when i'm in the area. Thanks!!!

Hi Pat, thank you for your review and feedback. Our maintenance crew checked on the hot water heater and tested the water coming from the shower and sink both are streaming hot. Please coordinate your guest's showering time and not use all showers at the same time. Otherwise, the hot water may not get up to your desired temperature. Difficulty getting in contact with property owners

When we arrived to the home everything was clean with exception of the pool and pool area. There were cigarette buds scattered all over the pool area. Inside the pool was a sock, several plastic water bottles, hair extensions and other debris. The beds in the Star Wars room were broken as well. It took over 24 hrs for the owners to respond to our complaints. By the next day at 12 noon someone came to clean the pool. Unfortunately, we were forced to clean up the cigarette buds and other debris around the pool. The furniture is outdated, the leather seats were torn and the games in the play room (specifically the air hockey table) were not functioning. The home is beautiful but needs consistent TLC.

Great place

The house was beautiful & the size was perfect for our large group. The home had some minor issues with things being broken however it was easy to communicate this with the owner.

Overall good house

The house is located in a very good area near the parks, it was clean but the only thing is that there were multiple things that were damaged and they wasn’t able to fix before our check in. Be careful to check everything at the time of the arrival, you don’t want to get charge for things that you don’t damage.
