Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experienced was seamless from reserving to the actual checking in. The house was ready as scheduled and upon review it was clean, very spacious and look exactly as in the photos. The only drawback I would say is that the beds can use some updates and the living rooms chairs. The area was nice and the clubhouse was pretty cool. The property managers were very thorough the house information was received in a timely manner. They would send message to of certain updates and see how your stay is going. If you message them they respond quickly. All in all my family & I enjoyed our stay very beautiful home.

Great Stay for Golfers

Our group of 14 golfers had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and hand plenty of space for all of us. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby golf courses, and the property itself was spotless. We encountered no issues during our stay, which made for a stress-free experience. The only potential improvement would be upgrading the beds, as others have mention, they could be more comfortable. Overall, it was a great place for a golfing getaway, and we would consider returning!

Could have been a little cleaner as far like the walls in some areas needed cleaned but overall it was a beautiful home great stay!

Due to the high traffic of guests, scuffs on the walls from luggage are likely to happen and requires us to schedule painting when the property is empty. We have had back to back reservations, so we have not had the opportunity for the walls to be repainted. Rest assured, the scuffs on the wall does not mean that the property was not cleaned properly. We strive to deliver 5 star experiences to each of our guests and sincerely apologize that you did not feel that you had this experience. Perfect Family Vacay! My entire family enjoyed and the home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We would recommend and would love to come back when we visit as we vacay in Orlando area 2-3x a year. Perfect area as there is everything around that you need all on the main stretch 192 road.

The property was everything as described and then some . The location is perfect if you are planning on visiting anything Disney or Sea World and Discovery Cove. The only thing I would recommend is the bed mattresses need to be upgraded or memory foam topper added and there is no can opener.

Disney family vacation

Overall, great stay! Thank you to the staff that came out and fixed the broken bed! That was very much appreciated! Some of the mattresses we had issues with. A few of them need replaced. Everything else was great! We had a fun family vacation!

Reviewer Comments: The rental property was absolutely amazing, no issues that would deter me from using the property again it was very clean, a very beautiful home decorated nicely. The ice maker didn’t work but I purchased bags of ice so that wasn’t a big issue, and the refrigerator shelves were off track. Although there were a couple complaints about a few of the beds being hard All of my family enjoyed the stay. (Minor suggestions, add more lighting around the pool area and replace shelves in the refrigerator). Other than that our stay was great! I definitely would recommend to my friends and family!

Property was nice and clean but neighborhood is crowded no real parking had to park on grass it’s stated to only accept 5 cars but drive way only holds two … No gated community anyone was able to enter the neighborhood … Wi-Fi and A/C was not working for majority of my families stay

We do notify our guests that 5 vehicles are permitted per property and you can fit 2 in the driveway, 2 on the street (not on the grass), and the additional can be parked at the clubhouse. Unfortunately, the community is in charge of gate operations and the gate appears to have been broken during your reservation. The community is working to have the gate back up and running properly, but we are only the property manager of the home and have no control over the gate operations. We are very sorry to hear you had WiFi and A/C issued during your stay. Unfortunately, you messaged us outside of our normal business hours and we did not receive a call on our emergency line about this issue. The next business day we were able respond to your message and send out our team immediately, in which they were able to confirm both the WiFi and A/C were running properly. We do apologize for any inconvenience and we are happy that we were able to resolve the issue for you. Thank you for staying with us!

We had a fairly large family group. Plenty of beds, bathrooms etc. The only issue was hot tub which I paid for didn’t work entire stay. I reached out to management and someone came out to fix it but it never was fixed. Everything else was great. I would definitely recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental experience and will definitely return with my family and I. It was extremely accommodating for everyone, appreciate how fast management replied and was always a text or phone call away to assist. The property had fans in the closet which came in handy because for some reason it took a while for the house to cool down when we got there , but once the AC kicked in it stayed cool on our whole trip

STAY HERE!!

This house was amazinggg. I give them 5 stars and will probably stay here every time i come to florida haha. The property managers were very helpful throughout the entire trip and the check in and check out process was easy. My suggestion is to bring your own laundry detergent and there was no broom there so we had to purchase one lol. Other than that ZERO complaints. This was my daughters 5th birthday with a total of 20 people (children & adults).

Girs trip.

The house was nice. The beds were terrible. Some of tbe ladies, went and bought air matresses to sleep on. The couch definitely needs to be replaced as well as the beds. Overall. If those things can be replaced, the property will be great.

Great for a girls trip!

A group of 9 of us stayed for a relaxing girls weekend! From the pool to the movie room, we had everything we needed. The property was clean and well kept. With a large group, the daily trash pick up was a plus. The listing states the bare necessities are provided but a broom was not one of them so maybe they can add one for future guests. Also, it’s probably about time to spring for some new mattresses because some had pretty uncomfortable bed springs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a large house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house we stayed in was great. The only complaint was the beds on the main level were very uncomfortable. Would suggest a mattress upgrade. The pool and spa were great. The heat did stop working but was fixed within a day. There was a leak in the split in the movie room but this was also fixed the day we reported it. The neighborhood is fairly quiet although often difficult to get to the house with all the cars parked along the street. Overall, it was a good stay.

A few fixer uppers needed

Me and 20 other family members stayed at the property and it was BEAUTIFUL. The pictures do no justice. The decor is beautiful. However, the beds in a few rooms are very low to the ground which made it uncomfortable for the taller men. The mattresses were worn but it was ok because we all went to bed late and was up early. The walls were dirty in certain spots but nothing major to take away from the home itself. The location of the house is close to several businesses and about 20 minutes from the theme parks. We enjoyed the community pool and the 4th of July festivities. Super crowded for the holiday but nothing we weren't use to.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great and accommodated our group. It was exactly what was displayed on the website. The internet and phone service was spotty. We got thru it somehow. Also we had a little disagreement with the rental office over the extra charges of $241.00 after we left. They changed us $100 for trash we didn’t leave. I called the office and told them after the trash we met there and no one made a note of it and they tried to blame it on us. When I argued and I asked them to refer to the phone call, they later sent me an email removing the $100.00. The $141 they said was for stain and that I couldn’t challenge much because it was a large group and that could have occurred. Very good place to stay but just pay keen attention to what you see and insist to get the full name of anyone you talk to in their office. I would stay there again.

Please note that upon arrival inspection, our team confirmed the trash bin was empty and cleaned. Upon departure, it was found to be half full of loose trash. As per policy, the resort asses a $100 fine from the HOA which is the responsibility of the departing guest. unfortunately, we do not have any record of this bin being halfway full of loose trash prior to your arrival. Please note this information can be found in the check-in letter and reminders are sent throughout the stay, but we were not informed of this loose trash during the stay or from the resort valet trash service which collects trash daily. We are glad to hear that you still enjoyed your visit in this home, thank you for choosing Blue Sky Villas.

Great Experience

My overall stay at this house was truly amazing. It was a perfect fit for my family of 21, ranging from ages 7 to 83! There was enough space for us to enjoy our time together but still have personal space. I wish I could have had an early check in as we arrived at the property at 2:30 pm and needed to go grocery shopping for a large party. I emailed to request to check in at 3 and was told that the cleaners and inspectors needed the entire time to ensure readiness, however no one entered or exited the property for the entire hour and a half, as we waited patiently outside. The property was overall clean, but had visible dirt on the walls throughout the staircase. Some of the mattresses did not have box springs and a couple of the mattresses were rather noisy for a vacation home. I would recommend that they frequently check the cooking supplies. I know it is a “self service property”, but I would expect to have a working can opener and decent skillets/pans for cooking. Now these minor hiccups did not ruin or leave a negative effect on my stay at all, just being transparent. For a group of this size, I would choose a house with more bathrooms next time, but the house was great and I would recommend.
