LIVING SPACES

Enter the front door to hardwood floors, and a comfortable living room space. You'll definitely want to cozy up on the sofa (which folds out to a queen size bed) and watch a favorite show on the 55" flatscreen TV with cable and streaming.

KITCHEN AND DINING

Our kitchen is fully stocked, so you can make even the fanciest of meals here! We supply all the standard housekeeping items and utensils, plus some great extras like serving utensils, grilling tongs, a rice cooker, and blender. Margaritas, anyone?

Enjoy your yummy meals as a family at either the kitchen peninsula bar or the super cool acrylic dining table for 4 .

BEDROOMS AND BATHS

The primary bedroom has a KING size bed with lots of fluffy pillows. Late-night show fans will love the TV w/cable (Sling App) and streaming. Remote workers, we haven't forgotten you! This private space also comes with a desk and chair, along with lightning-fast WiFi at 500+ Mbps.

The second bedroom comes with two twin beds, a nightstand and lamp, and a TV, with cable (Sling App) and streaming.

The modern tiled bathroom has an oversized walk-in rain head shower. You'll love it!

We also provide a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

Where do we start?? We tried to create an outdoor oasis and according to our guests, they love it! Other guests' comments:

"The backyard is as fun it at looks and has everything from porch swings and an outdoor TV! Also has great outdoor lighting at night and tons of attention to detail. For those who do not want to deal with parking at the boardwalk, the property is about 5 blocks from the end of the Hollywood electric shuttle route (at 22nd and Johnston). "

"The backyard was awesome and full of entertainment for the kids and even adults!"

Fun house!

Easy to find. Clean. Well stocked! Had everything we needed to cook and tons of beach items for our stay. We loved the backyard, plenty of space and things to do. Host was responsive and even let us check in early. Big driveway for off street parking. Neighborhood felt safe.

So cute!

This place is even more adorable than the pictures! Lots to do to occupy my teens. Host was very responsive and reached out to ensure everything was well. Plenty of space for 5 adult sized people. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Quick Visit/Vacation

We had a great time here and was able to easily visit with family near by and go to the local beach. We were only there for a few days but we were really comfortable there and enjoyed playing mini golf in the back yard and sitting on the porch. The communication was great with the host and they truly cared about your visit and experience. If we make it back there again, we would definitely stay here again. We appreciated everything.

Paris turns TWO!!!

Came into Town for my daughter's 2nd birthday and this property was just a wonderful choice. There were different things to keep the kids entertained and a space where you can just sit back and relax while watching the kids. Host was very responsive and put care into the home. Family members that came by were just amazed and want to book the same property for there next trip.

Family trip!!

As a family of 4 with young kids, finding a place to comfortably stay- also within budget- is never easy. When I tell you this house was the coolest place! Price was perfect, location was great, home was very clean and cozy, backyard was amazing and gave us and our kids stuff to do on the days we didn’t have much planned, not a single issue happened during our stay. Carlos was very kind! 10/10 recommendations from my family and I, would totally stay here again!

Hammock House Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month vacation stay here. The outdoor space was beautiful and relaxing. Even our dog Liala enjoyed her fenced in freedom. The property was well maintained and the house provided everything we needed and more. Any questions or issue we had were immediately addressed. Carlos was an exceptional host, going above and beyond in making sure we had an excellent time. He provided great recommendations for local things to do. We will never forget his kindness and generosity. Not only did we enjoy our stay, we also gained a new friend.

Hangin’ in a Hammock

My boyfriend and I traveled to Florida for the weekend for our friend’s wedding. We stayed in the first night because of how absolutely perfect the backyard was! We hit up the market for groceries and cooked outside on the blackstone grill. When the sun went down, we watched a show outside on the hammocks with our mixed drinks and finished the evening with a round of mini golf and jenga! The mosquitos really loved us so we were very grateful to find bug spray and incense to keep them away. Carlos literally had absolutely everything we needed. From the bug spray to a clothes iron for my wedding guest dress! Also, the kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking a breeze and we were able to make fresh coffee every morning. We got a little homesick for our fur kids because not only is this a perfect spot for a family trip, it’s great for fur friends too! We would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town visiting. Don’t miss this gem!

Great spot for our Boys trip. Close to many attractions and great restaurants in the area. It rained everyday but we still enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer. Would highly recommend 👌

Great yard

Great backyard. Spent 90 percent of our time on the property there. Well equipped, had everything we needed. Neighbors were a little noisy in the evening. Good overall experience though.

Not happy

Barking dogs across street, dog would bark 7-7. Neighbors to right scary (facing house). Heard 1 man tell a 2nd, “go teach him a lesson and make it hurt”. Windows , gate, doors hard to work . Cheap flip, terrible neighborhood. Never ever again. Also putting green was like trying to ski the moguls. Everything cheaply done.

Stayed here for over a month in January as a working vacation. Property is very cute, clean, and was very well-stocked for a one month lease. Property manager was very responsive to questions. The backyard is as fun it at looks and has everything from porch swings and an outdoor TV to a VW bus. Also has great outdoor lighting at night and tons of attention to detail. For those who do not want to deal with parking at the boardwalk, the property is about 5 blocks from the end of the hollywood electric shuttle route (at 22nd and Johnston). You can order the shuttle in an uber-like app. Definitely enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Everything went smoothly and the property is well represented in the listing. Photos are accurate. The location was convenient, neighborhood is quiet. The house was very clean and it was great to have laundry available. We would consider renting again for sure!

Welcome to the Hollywood Hammock House! There’s plenty to do in South Florida, especially just 3 minutes from downtown Hollywood and 10 minutes from Hollywood Beach. But you may never want to leave the backyard! You can have fun for days, whether you’re just hanging out on the covered porch, getting in your workout or yoga practice in the exercise area, practicing your putting on the synthetic green with 3 mini golf holes, grilling up dinner, or just taking a nap in one our soft Colombian hammocks. Hammocks have been proven to help you relax faster and reduce unnatural stress levels from the body. Less stress means more happiness and improved quality of life. So after a hard day of work, lying in a hammock is the perfect way to unwind! Don’t forget to bring the pup to join in the fun!
