Welcome to Woodside Getaway, an AvantStay home!
Just a short walk to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, and Main Street this charming, remodeled, historic home on Woodside Avenue is the perfect place for your next ski vacation. Walking in, you're greeted by beautiful vaulted ceilings and a flood of natural light. The open layout kitchen and living area offer great space to gather together after a day on the slopes. Newly updated, the clean, fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all of the conveniences you'll need to enjoy a home-cooked meal. Cozy around the fireplace to watch a movie together or play games. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms: the first features a queen bed and the second is equipped with two twin beds. There is an adjacent full bathroom and a washer/dryer.
Upstairs, you'll find a spacious Primary Bedroom with a four-poster king size bed, walkout balcony, and full en suite bathroom.
Downstairs, on the back patio there is a private hot tub for guests to enjoy.
AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips!
Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home does not have AC. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
Parking Details: There is a spot for one car in front of the house. There is no garage. There is an additional parking lot across from the home, which is available on a first come first serve basis.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Awesome house close to slopes
We loved our stay! Soaking in hot tub after a day of skiing was wonderful. Short walk to lift and main town. Definitely would return and stay here again.

**LOCATION!**This was the cutest little house to stay in for a week. Proximity to the bus line, dog park and Main Street was perfect! (short walk to all)Although the master bedding didn’t have a comforter on it upon check in, and the cleanliness was a little subpar, they quickly fixed the situation as soon as I let them know.It had all of the kitchen amenities I would need,the smart tv was great, and it was the cutest little place to call home for a week with my two kids and dog.

Great option for Sundance Film Festival
This was a very comfortable place to stay during the Sundance Film Festival. Lots of space, great amenities, and the proximity to everything in town made the festival experience very smooth.

Perfect location with great amenities
The property was immaculate, well stocked and suited for our family of 5. The private hot tub was heavenly in the morning before we hit the slopes and after an intense day of skiing. The location to the town lift was superb, we did not have to rent a car which was a huge saving to us. Such an adorable home! Would highly recommend.

Park City Gem
The home on Woodside was an absolutely charming gem in a lovely neighborhood. The nicely restored home is located on a quiet street with easy access to the bus system just one block away. We stayed there with our daughter and two grandchildren and the home was absolutely perfect for our family group of 5. Everything we needed was there, the bathrooms and kitchen are very clean and updated, and the home was very comfortable. There is a nice jacuzzi in the back yard and a BBQ as well if the weather permits. Our children loved playing outside in the snow and we even met a few friendly locals walking by. The location is so close to town and the park city town lift. We walked to breakfast and dinner during our stay and used the buses on other days. I hope to come back to this lovely home soon.
