Nestled on a private wooded lot in North Truro, just minutes from the beaches, is this newly renovated home, offering all you would ever need while on vacation! This great home features 5 bedrooms, each with a new Simmons Beauty Rest Pillow Top mattress, 3 full baths, a beautifully, fully stocked large eat in kitchen, dining room, living room, brand new LG washer and dryer, and great space for all to spread out and enjoy! The first-floor queen bedroom offers the flexibility a family often needs to avoid climbing stairs.
The back yard has plenty of seating for at least 8 and a new Weber Gas Grill, grilling station and Fire Pit!!
The home allows for families to spend their days at the beaches, and their evenings resting in their private back yard, or relaxing in the living room with the large screen cable TV.

Great group house

House had plenty of space for a group of friends. The location is great if you’re looking for something near the winery, beach or Provincetown.

Relaxing in Truro

Was a wonderful week even if the weather was not. Proximity to the shananigans of P-town was convenient for dinners, shopping, whale watch and people watching!

The house is roomy and comfortable for a big group, including eating space in the back yard. We would stay again. Loved the national seashore beaches.

Great vacation home

7 friends met to go whale watching. First day we saw a whale breach. Magnificent! It rained but we had fun as the house is cozy and with 2 tables set up it’s great for games. We would stay here again. Highly recommend

We stayed with our adult children, their s/o’s and two dogs. The place was wonderful! House is updated, spotless, and roomy. Check in was easy. Check out was the easiest I’ve ever experienced on the cape - no sheets or towels to pack up or wash! Beds are comfy. Split a/c units in EVERY room, including bedrooms. Brand new washer and dryer in the basement made doing laundry a breeze! Outside space had enough seating for us all. We enjoyed our evenings by the fire pit. Location was great - in a quiet neighborhood and close to some good walking trails for us and the pups! We loved our vacation and, without hesitation, would stay again!

This is a new listing so everything inside the house is new and very clean. There is tons of room, so it's a great house for large groups. Just a correction on an earlier review about the house being "quiet" for folks who don't know the Cape. This house backs onto Route 6 with a low ridge separating the two. You won't see but you WILL hear traffic even at night with the windows closed (as trucks service Ptown) unless you have the AC on, and you will most certainly hear it when you sit outside. This won't necessarily bother everyone, but if you're hoping for nature sounds, look for something farther away from the highway.

Some constructive feedback

We did not end up with as many staying as we thought which was fine. The house was comfortable, rooms clean and overall was fine. As VRBO hosts ourselves we offer some constructive suggestions: 1) Upgrade the shower heads - a comfy bed and a good shower are key. Not enough pressure and the hot water getting to master shower was weak. 2) Simple amenities like soap, shampoo, tissues etc. are a nice touch. Or make it clear that there is not any of that. We were not. 3) 9 AM check out is way too early. We attended a wedding Saturday night, got home after midnight and rushed to be out by 9. Not a friendly policy

The house is in the perfect location.

We had enough room for everyone and the outside patio was set up perfectly where we sat every night. I highly recommend renting this property.
