Room to stretch out both inside and out. Four Bedrooms, two decks, a fire pit, and plenty of yard space for games or other activities. Bring the toys - our 100 feet of waterfront leaves plenty of room for boats, jet skis, and anything you want to enjoy the lake to the fullest. The large rear deck has room and seating for friends and family to enjoy the parade of boats or our wonderful night sky. When you're ready to come inside, stream your favorite content from multiple internet connected TV's.

Our home is the perfect place to unwind. Lounge on the oversize deck with unobstructed views of the water or grill and kick back with dinner on the side deck, you will love this home and your vacation. Set up great for multiple families - there is a full bath, two beds, family room space, and lake access on the main floor as well as downstairs or let the kids rule the downstairs and enjoy the TV, foosball table, and stash of board and card games.

This is probably the nicest property at which we've stayed. The place was spotless, in perfect repair and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The owner, Howard, was lightening fast in his responses to our questions and even had some excellent recommendations for boat rentals during our stay. We look forward to visiting again next year.

We loved our stay! Lots to do and even rented a pontoon which was awesome since it was during the week and we had the lake to ourselves. Lots of bedrooms and beds to accommodate all 4 of our kids and even Grandpa.

Boaters Paradise

Howard's place was just as advertised, we had 10 people and never felt crowded. The outdoor areas are fantastic for hosting large groups. We loved the firepit, two decks, and the very large dock (plenty of space for two boats). The Neiborhood was very quiet and the location on the channel was perfect for getting out to the lake by boat but also away from all the activity for quiet evenings.

Beautiful, updated, very clean home! Owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Many extras included - kayaks, beach towels, deck chairs with cushions and beautiful rocking chairs, dock for boat, adequate parking. Twelve friends met here for the week for our yearly vacation together and we enjoyed a great time together in this beautiful home.

Amazing lake house

Our family of 10 had the most wonderful stay at Haven K! We only had one under the age of 13, so the house was filled with 9 adult-sized people and one tween and we had more than enough space. The place was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows. The lake was beautiful and we had a lot of fun kayaking. I can’t say enough good things about this place

Fabulous place to stay

I rented this property for a weekend stay with extended family and we had a fabulous weekend. The home was very clean, plenty of room to spread out inside, the backyard offered plenty of space to play outdoor games, have a bonfire and the expansive dock offered a great place to sit and watch the boats go by or to drop in a fishing line. I would highly recommend this vacation property. Owner was very responsive if any questions arose and overall was a great place to stay.

25th birthday celebration

This house was simply amazing. Perfect location, very peaceful, quiet and near anything you may need. We had so much fun on the kayaks and even rented a pontoon boat for the afternoon. We will definitely be back!

Very family friendly. We had full use of 4 kayaks and pfd’s, my son was able to dock his boat right at the house. Teens totally enjoyed the basement with the fooseball. Amazing Property!

We stayed here for 3 months. The house is very well stocked and feels just like home. The beds were comfortable and communication with Howard was some of the best communication I've ever had with a host. He always responded very quickly. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with water access. I even felt safe staying alone for several nights. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal set-up

Not only is having a house on a canal with a dock the ideal set-up for someone a trailered boat but the house itself has everything you need, is clean and the host communicates clearly and promptly. We could not have been happier with this property. The entire weekend was perfect. We definitely would stay there again.

Amazing stay at Haven K

We did an extended weekend stay at Haven K for our family and everything in this house is just perfect! Grandpa fished with the grandkids, we kayaked, made smores, spent time in St. Joe's, and went apple picking. The house is stocked with everything you could need including kid toys and utensils which we really appreciated. We plan to stay agin next year since we loved it so much. 4th, Family & Friends

The Haven K was a perfect fit for our 2 families and it had everything we needed. The space inside and out is set perfect for sunny, rainy and lazy days. Howard and associates were very kind, informative and responsive to all inquiries. We absolutely love Paw Paw Lake and have been coming up here for the past several years and this was definitely one of our favorites and would absolutely love ( and recommend) to stay again. Lakeside getaway

Our group was a family reunion that coincides with the location (Coloma) where our parents met 50+ years ago. This house has undergone some renovations in the past year and is well done. The house had all the ammenities and outdoor equipment (grills, kayaks, decks, chairs, etc.) that we needed. We were able to have a fully enjoyable stay with the house as the center of activity. There was one minor incident with the house, but working with homeowner was very easy and the issue was resolved quickly and fully satisfactorily. We will defininitely be back!

Fall Break

Haven K was the perfect vacation spot. We had 4 adults and 2 children ages 6 and 8. It has all the amenities of home and then some. Beds were so comfortable we all slept great. The house was very clean.The kayaks were so much fun!! It was so peaceful sitting out on the deck or on the water. So many wonderful memories were made!! My husband uses a walker and was able to get around easily. He needed help getting down the deck steps but then he could walk out to the water with no difficulty. The house is close to many small towns with great shops and fun things to do !!! We definitely recommend this home, you won’t be disappointed. We would love to come back and spend a few more days!!!

Haven K met and exceeded all expectations. Clean, nice location, quiet area. Plenty of space both indoors and out. Great place to relax and enjoy the simple things - birds singing, water lapping, friends laughing.
