Great stay in Indy. House was on a little busier street, but we had plenty of parking and never had any issues with traffic. Location was very convenient to Fountain Square and downtown - we even walked home from a concert at Gainbridge Fieldhouse! Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Host communication was great - very quick responses.

Outstanding location! Very clean, lots of amenities, comfortable beds, plenty of space for board games. Easy walk to the ICC / Lucas Oil Stadium. The property management company was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was great, My CEO and I stayed for an event that was downtown at the JW, everything was 10 minutes away, it was easy to navigate. The only thing I would recommend is that the listing be updated to reflect that there are very steep stairs leading to the second bedroom, I can see that being troublesome for an older person or someone with mobility issues, other than that it was perfect

Our stay was excellent. The unit is very well equipped and comfortable. The host was very good about checking in with us to make sure we had everything that we needed. If I am in the area again, I would definitely stay here. It's a great place for couples.

Very nice. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the host was very helpful and replied quickly when we reached out. I would certainly stay there again!

The home is cozy and neighborhood is quiet, beds are super comfortable. Water pressure/shower head is not great and do not recommend if you are driving a large truck, parking is not ideal for anything other than a small sedan. Lincoln Lane Coffee Co has great coffee and a large play area great for littles!

We were in town for a tournament at the convention center downtown. Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown, easy parking, very clean. Nice place to stay

The best aspects of this VRBO are that the host communicated well throughout the rental process, the place was very clean, and the floor plan is great (for couples, but also if kids travel with you too). An unexpected nicety was that someone removed snow from the sidewalk and stairs before we arrived and before we departed, which was sweet.

The beds weee heaven! Literally the best night sleep away from home ever! Cute house with plenty of coffee. Close to raceway and we plan to come back every year! Recommend!

Very happy with this decision to rent this property. It is as advertised was perfect for our needs. It’s in a great location just off downtown area. The property manager was thorough and the fastest response I’ve encountered with rentals. If in the area again I would not hesitate to book again. You won’t be disappointed.
