The best aspects of this VRBO are that the host communicated well throughout the rental process, the place was very clean, and the floor plan is great (for couples, but also if kids travel with you too). An unexpected nicety was that someone removed snow from the sidewalk and stairs before we arrived and before we departed, which was sweet.

home what beautiful and comfortable in a safe area. street parking was easy and available. very easy to access the home. not much in the immediate area but i was there for business and it was a easy community to indy. The street outside the front is busy and a bit loud come morning. did not bother me but if you want to sleep late and are a light sleeper is may.

Very nice. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the host was very helpful and replied quickly when we reached out. I would certainly stay there again!

Very happy with this decision to rent this property. It is as advertised was perfect for our needs. It’s in a great location just off downtown area. The property manager was thorough and the fastest response I’ve encountered with rentals. If in the area again I would not hesitate to book again. You won’t be disappointed.

Our stay was excellent. The unit is very well equipped and comfortable. The host was very good about checking in with us to make sure we had everything that we needed. If I am in the area again, I would definitely stay here. It's a great place for couples.

The property was well decorated as shown in the pictures; however, there were stains on the living room carpet, couch and bedroom chair and water damaged floor planks in the kitchen and hall. I contacted the host and sent pictures via email so we wouldn't be charged for these things. They were very responsive and confirmed the pictures were received.The beds were high quality and comfortable to sleep in. The counter chairs are metal and although they look nice, are hard and uncomfortable and the living room couch doesn't really have back cushions that support the back. The parking for the property is on the street in front and the street gets very busy in the mornings and evenings - rush hour times and the steps are pretty steep with no hand rails. This is not meant to be put downs but I would have liked to know these things before I booked.

A 4th of July "blast"

We came to town to spend time with family. The location was so convenient to everything, especially to downtown. The place was so spacious. We gave our son and daughter-in-law the upstairs, which was cozy for them and the main bedroom for us. I would recommend the addition of more handrails on the outside. The stairs were treacherous! This property is not ADA friendly (not that it was sold as such), and was not needed in the most technical of terms, but it was still very difficult for my husband and myself to get up and down the front stairs, and down the deck stairs. I could not imagine navigating that property in an Indiana winter! For the safety of everyone, it is something I would add.

Great place

The beds weee heaven! Literally the best night sleep away from home ever! Cute house with plenty of coffee. Close to raceway and we plan to come back every year! Recommend!

Excellent Accommodations

I loved the property. I loved the accent wall in the living room. The decor in general was well done. The kitchen was well equipped, I particularly, loved the gas stove for cooking. The second bedroom had a cute sitting room and was well planned.

Indy get away

We had a great stay at this property! The beds and pillows were super comfortable! The location was spacious and airy with lots of natural light. We were able to do some of our own cooking with the utensils and appliances in the kitchen. And very close to all the things we wanted to visit while here. I will definitely book again when visiting Indy.

2nd Stay

Overall, the property is good. A couple things that would improve it: dishwasher wasn’t working properly, night lights in the bathrooms would be nice, and cleaning could be improve. Dust on living table, and under the beds. However, none of the above issue would deter me from renting this property in the future.

We were in town for a tournament at the convention center downtown. Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown, easy parking, very clean. Nice place to stay

Your property is lovely. Only a couple of problems, couldn’t turn on the under counter lights in the kitchen, and the surface light on the microwave doesn’t work. Would love to stay with you again during upcoming swim meets. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
