Next time you visit Breckenridge, try this nicely remodeled condo just two blocks from Main Street with a ski shuttle stop right in front of the complex. You’ll love the shared hot tub and pool for relaxing after your day on the slopes or trails, too. Your group is going to love this place!

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe condo is a great choice for up to eight guests. The living area features vaulted ceilings, wraparound windows with views of the slopes, and a large gas fireplace for a warm, welcoming feel. There’s also a family room upstairs with a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player and DVDs, games for the kids to enjoy, and a desk/workspace area. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats eight.

You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer dryer, underground parking, and elevator access from the parking garage to the unit's floor, and a private gas grill. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Condo was great for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Kitchen had everything we needed including a well stocked spice shelf and a drip coffee pot that did not require filters. Bathrooms were nice and came with hotel size amenities to get you started. Communication was great throughout our stay.

Great summer getaway

Christmas in Breckenridge

We had a group of 7 and everyone had plenty of space. Everyone loved the fireplace and the views from the living room. The large kitchen table was great for meals as well as a great place for the group to play games.

Perfect location / stay!

Location was so close to town. Amazingly stocked kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms are very den like, but downstairs bedrooms were great and spacious.

Girls get away

Some of the girls in our family met up for an extended girls weekend. The condo was very nice and well equipped. Close to Main Street that was easily walkable.

As pictured

Plenty of bed space as described and pictured - worked well for our family with adult children. The kitchen was well stocked, although we were running the dishwasher all the time. Location was nice - we did walk the 1/2 mile to the ski hill, definitely a bit longer than preferred, but much easier after we acclimated to the altitude. It was nice to be close to town. Views were nice - overall worked quite well and would consider renting again

Great space, great location

We really enjoyed this spacious property. Beautifully updated, and the four separate rooms lets family spread out. Nice view of the mountain and somewhat easy walk to the gondola. If you prefer, you could catch the shuttle, although we opted to walk. Check in process was super efficient as well.

Vacation

Location was good. Rugs and couch was dirty. They didn’t tell us the 2 upstairs bedrooms had no windows. The rooms were very warm had to call to get extra fans. Had to purchase fan. One of the fans in condo didn’t work. Porches were dirty. Vacuum didn’t work properly. Garbage disposal was very slow. I would probably not recommend.

Beautiful condo

beautifully appointed condo and very close to shops, restaurants and bars, easily walkable. A little bit further from the gondola connector and I had anticipated, but not because of their description just because looking at a map was deceptive. Beyond this, wonderful place, clean, convenient and would recommend.

Great place with 6 beds

Stayed here to ski breck in march 23. Would stay here again. 2 king bed rooms and 2 attic rooms with 2 beds, good enough for 6 guys. The attic rooms are small and dark with no windows but I slept like a baby in 1. Good location close to bars and restaurants. Bit of walk to gondola so I’d suggest checking skis on mtn.

Great View & Location

Beautiful view of the mountain with a convenient location for walking to the shops on Main Street. The condo has everything one would need. There was a lot of maintenance and repair going on that was loud, dusty and inconvenient, but that is Breck in the summer when work can be done. A little advance notice would have been nice.

Great place, great location

Family and I loved where we stayed. It was a great location and it met everyone's needs. The only part we didn't like was when the valve to the heat vent broke, we requested to have the heat turned off as the temp was on average 78 degrees on the third floor. When I contacted the management service, they fought back on turning off the heat and didn't put a request form in until I spoke to a different person. Maintenance worker came and agreed about the heat and turned it off to fix after we checked out.

Fun Family Vacation

The unit was very nice and the views were amazing. The unit is located close to town and everything. The Gondola was about a 5-10 minute walk and everything was really close. We walked to all our dinner reservations. The unit was surprisingly large. We only had 5 in our family, but it could definitely accommodate 2 families. Overall we loved it. My only complaint is how dusty duvets were. I used an extra pillow from the closet and when I laid down dust puffed up. I have asthma and had a tough time that first night. Once I stripped off the duvet, it was fine. My daughter also mentioned that her bed was pretty musty. Hopefully the cleaning people can figure out a way to wash those more frequently. Other than that, fantastic stay! Thank you for hosting us!

Christmas Stay

We enjoyed our time there. Probably the most glaring “deficiency” was no television in the main gathering area/family room & kitchen. Something above the fireplace would have been fabulous. The ice maker was inop, but remedied w/ the staff providing bags of ice. Loading and unloading vehicles was more of an inconvenience than anticipated. An SUV w/ ski/storage box on top will not fit in the garage. It must be removed and secured in the living area, ours we placed under the stairs. Lastly, we were told we’d have two parking garage spaces - only one appeared to be marked. It was mostly empty during our visit so we were able to find an unoccupied spot. Other than that, all was fine. The view of the mountains was really something to behold! Being on the 3rd floor also enabled us a wonderful vantage point to the town. We even saw a moose ambling along on Christmas morning. Thanks for some great memories - Lord willing we’ll be back!!😃

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is really pretty. It is decorated nicely and the bathrooms are updated beautifully. The location is perfect, you can see the ski mountain and Main St from the living room. You can walk to the lifts if you're feeling up to it or there is a shuttle bus a block away to catch. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with kitchen items, it even had spices which was very nice. (Could have used some more eating utensils.) The beds are comfortable and the condo was clean. You get one parking space in the garage and one outside. There is a hot tub, small pool and sauna in the building. We are tagging this one and plan to come back- we only live in Denver!

We would definitely stay here again.
