This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family home sleeps 10 and offers a hot tub, gas fireplaces, lovely views of the Breckenridge ski area, and all of the mountain charm you could possibly want for your Breckenridge vacation.



The Space:

Sleeping; Bedroom 1: king bed with attached full bath (sleeps 2) - upper level; Bedroom 2: queen bed with shared full bath with bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) - upper level; Bedroom 3: two full sized beds shared full bath with bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) - upper level; Bedroom 4: bunk room with full/twin bunk and a twin trundle with attached bath (sleeps 3) - lower level. Smart TV's (streaming only) in every bedroom and a TV with cable and streaming in the main living room area. Maximum overnight capacity - 9



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, enjoying the best of both worlds with easy access to town and the mountain is a breeze. Main Street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge are also a block away and the gondola is less than a five minute walk from the house. With the grocery store just a 10 minute walk from the front door, a rental car is not necessary in this location.



Getting Around:

You can easily get away without renting a car at this house. It is close enough to everything you will need to enjoy the perfect mountain vacation. Please note: There is room to park 3 cars.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple. Checking in and out is simple and someone is always available to provide assistance. Rest assured that you’ll arrive to a professionally cleaned and fully stocked home.
