Bienvenue au Williams House, une maison victorienne restaurée située sur North Main Street, à quelques pas de la télécabine BreckConnect.

Accès ski: 2–3 minutes à pied jusqu’à la télécabine, retour ski possible via le Skiway (environ 3–4 minutes à pied).

La maison comprend 7 chambres et 7 salles de bain et peut accueillir jusqu’à 16 personnes dans des lits. Idéale pour grandes familles ou groupes.

This place is amazing! It’s a perfect location and my whole party was able to have their own space while having two big communal spaces to gather. We loved it and hope to stay again in the future.

This was the perfect location and the owners were always quick to respond. They even went out of their way to purchase an air mattress so one of the kids could sleep in their parent's room.

Nice, clean home. Incredible location! Super close to the gondola, all the shopping on Main Street and restaurants, and daylight donuts! Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which was wonderful for a family of 12! Probably the best place we stayed in Breck!

Our group of 14 teens and adults enjoyed a wonderful ski trip. House was modern, well stocked, clean, comfortable and well located. We enjoyed easy access to the gondola, restaurants and stores.

Not much snow - certainly not your fault. Excellent kitchen, rooms and seating. Top notch location. Clean. Only improvement might be to add shower bars to some baths and maybe rails going up to the bedrooms from the living area. We are 84! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Would return and not look anywhere else.

Well appointed home with attention detail and everything a family or group of friends could need. The location couldn’t be more ideal… easy walk to Gondola, restaurants, shopping and City Market for groceries. We look forward to staying again!

Great stay in the heart of Breckenridge

We stayed here as a part of a large group gathering and the stay was wonderful. If you're looking for a great spot that is central and walkable, this is the place. It is in a historic building on Main Street and we were able to walk everywhere. The place was clean and comfortable with bathrooms in almost every room. Keegan was also a great host and very responsive, which we all appreciated!

Bachelorette success!

We stayed here with 13 women and also rented the cottage next door for an additional 3 women. We were celebrating a close friend’s bachelorette and this house and location couldn’t have been more perfect!!

Men's Retreat to Breckenridge

This is my 5th year to host a group of 10 to 11 men from Woodmont Christian Church in Nashville, TN. to Breckenridge, CO. This year we chose to stay downtown at the Williams House. Our stay was exceptional in every way. Our host was very responsive, the home is clean and has a well stocked kitchen (we have several people who love to cook). The location is A+.

Perfect Place with Upgrades and Amazing Location

We booked this house this summer and were so excited to hear about all the amazing upgrades to the house! It seems that everything is new from beds, to bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, flooring, tvs, you name it! The location can’t be beat! The owner and maintenance guy in town were also amazing. We hope to return!
