The pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1 through April 30 for an additional charge of $60 per reservation night and you must let us know ahead of time as it may take a while to get the pool heated for your arrival. This is the standard outdoor pool heating temperature for properties in the winter in Phoenix. We cannot issues refunds if you arrive and feel the pool is too cool or too warm despite the heater working as described. We cannot accommodate requests to heat the pool to a warmer or cooler temperature and we cannot accommodate requests for heating the pool for only part of the stay.

No events held on the property without explicit permission from hosts.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets of any kind or service animals due to health issues of our family members that stay at the property from time to time.

We have Nest smart thermostats, the house can be cooled to 72 degrees and heated to 75 degrees by turning the thermostat to select your desired temperature. The thermostats detect motion and will default to 'away mode' if no motion is detected for several hours during the day.

This is an ideal space for families. We are a family ourselves, not a property management company, and hope to make your stay as peaceful and memorable as possible. Because of this, unfortunately we are not a party house!

Noise ordinances are in place and strictly enforced in Scottsdale. Violations of this may result in loss of deposit.

No tobacco use of any sort (tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, cigars, etc) and if evidence of this is found after checkout this may result in loss of deposit.

No extra guests are allowed to stay overnight that exceed the number of guests on the initial reservation. Violation of this may result in loss of deposit.

If our cleaners charge us for excess cleaning and/or excess trash, we will forward that cost to you. This is typically only the case if there’s a party that we don’t allow for anyway.

Our cleaners leave two rolls of paper towel, 5 trash bags, 10 dishwasher pods, 10 laundry pods, and 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

No pets inside or outside.

Use of the fireplaces inside the home are strictly off-limits, please do not leave the outdoor firepit unattended when in use.
