RĂ©novation majeure rĂ©cemment terminĂ©e en mars 2019 avec toutes les nouvelles finitions !! Cette maison est probablement de loin la plus belle de la rĂ©gion! La maison a toutes les nouvelles finitions haut de gamme, les appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers et les meubles !! Cette maison dispose de 5 chambres, plus une salle de jeux avec un canapĂ©-lit, donc pourrait en fait ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e comme 6Ăšme chambre. La salle de jeux est incroyable avec (2) tĂ©lĂ©viseurs de 65 ", table de jeu de 12 pieds et table de billard !! Toutes les nouvelles tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  grand Ă©cran dans toutes les chambres de la maison, 4. 4 salles de bains uniques, tous les nouveaux lits, meubles, etc. L'arriĂšre-cour est Ă©galement incroyable avec une grande piscine, un grand jacuzzi, un patio couvert, un foyer, des tonnes de siĂšges, un jeu de maĂŻs et bien plus encore! Cette maison est situĂ©e Ă  quelques minutes de la vieille ville de Scottsdale qui possĂšde certains des meilleurs bars et restaurants de Scottsdale. Également Ă  proximitĂ© de superbes terrains de golf, casino, golf de haut niveau et jeux d'entraĂźnement de printemps!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood- close to both Old Town and Tempe. Great setup inside and outside with lots of space to hang out and share time with family and friends. House well appointed and pics and descriptions on the mark. Would love to stay again.

The house is such a great layout! We had eight ladies and the 4 full bathrooms and extra half bath was so nice! The kitchen and living are so big and well laid out. We used the pool and the hot tub! The hot tub wasn’t working when we got there and the owner had the pool people out with in 24 hours and got it fixed and in the mean time sent us cookies for the inconvenience. Wonderful house and host! If you book here to are guaranteed to have a great stay! The house is in a great location too.

We stayed here with 8 ladies for a bachelorette trip. This house was perfect and had plenty of space for all of us! The pool area was fantastic and very well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed a weekend with college girlfriends at this property. The house was clean and had a great set up for the group. Many enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Others wish we had stayed somewhere closer/more walkable - we used Waymo and scheduled Ubers to get to/from reservations and daytime activities. Communication with the host was easy and helpful!

Great stay at the Old Town Scottsdale place. Easy to get to from the airport, only 10 to 15 minutes. Next, easy access to Talking Stick Resort if you want to gamble.Place was very clean and orderly. Directions were everywhere on how to operate - TV, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer/dryer, fans, etc.The host was very responsive on questions that we had during the stay.We had 8 guys staying at the place and felt like there as plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy there time. Hidden gym of this place is the game room which is a nice place to hang out when the 10pm curfew hits.Would recommend to others to stay here.

Family Time Together

This property absolutely worked for our group! The bedrooms accommodated us nicely and the game room was awesome. The pool was delightful and was very well maintained with plenty of seating for everyone. David was an exceptional host and very accessible and accommodating. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone

Great location

We stayed with 5 couples total and there was plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. The backyard was smaller than it looks but the pool and hot tub were very clean. Easy to take a Waymo or uber to old town.

We had a great weekend, great location - close to old town. Everything we gps'd to do all weekend was 6 mins away. House was perfect for us, pool was warm, hot tub was hot! Well definitely be back.

Better than advertised

The house was a blast. Tons of stuff to do in the property, very clean and organized and close to everything including multiple gyms. Only 10 mins from the airport and the owner is always on top of everything if needed.

The house was just as described on line. It was great!! The location was close to almost everything we did. The longest drives we driving to the golf courses and those drives were only 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice house and Great Value

The property has been updated and appointed nicely. Location was perfect for our group (close to golf, restaurants and the airport). Appreciated the fact that the owner was easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to recommend the property to friends and family.

5 Beds, 4.5 Bath, large game room, large open kitchen and family, great for entertaining and social activities. This house has been updated from top to bottom and specifically designed for a vacation destination. All the right stuff including large kitchen with big island, large family with flat screen tv, blue-tooth sound system, heated pool, Jacuzzi Spa, large covered ramada and tv in backyard, and all the toys needed for vacation and family fun!!
