Welcome to Villa Divertida, a gorgeous North Scottsdale 4 BR/3BA designer home is spacious (~4,000sf) and features a pool, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, gorgeous primary bedroom and bathroom, a home theater room, a Skytrak+ golf simulator, outdoor putting and pitching green, and lighted backyard fire pit seating area. The backyard also has a six speaker Sonos system (Sonos also inside the house). Minutes from Grayhawk, Troon and TPC golf clubs. High ceilings with exposed wood beams offer a grand entrance to the living room, with a pool table and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lush landscape. Truly a private resort villa just for you!

In the living room, enjoy a full-size pool table, 85" QLED TV, and a Sonos surround sound system while lounging in the upscale and comfortable sitting area.

The TV room has a UHDTV with Sonos surround sound, and electric fireplace, a ceiling fan, and comfortable motorized reclining leather couches.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, Sonos speakers, gas fireplace, TV, ceiling fan, couch, and work desk. The primary bath features a hammered copper tub, rain and body shower, and a two sink vanity. There is also walk in closet with its own washer/dryer.

Three guest bedrooms each have a Sonos speaker, walk in closet, TV, and luxury bedding. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a king bed. The other two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) each have their own sink area and share a toilet and shower room.

The fifth bedroom is set up with twin over twin bunk beds with a TV and an Xbox with two controllers.

The home theater features a 750W surround sound system and theater seating for eight. Bring your popcorn!

The backyard area features a beautiful pool and hot tub surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping as well as a six speaker Sonos outdoor surround sound system. We added two sexy day beds in addition to the sun loungers with umbrellas. We also have a covered (with misters) outdoor seating area with three full-size couches as well as an outdoor dining area that seats eight. We also have an outdoor five hole pitching and putting green with three bunkers and in-cup and perimeter lighting. This area also has a high top table for six with a built in propane fire pit. We also have a comfortable seating area around a custom natural gas fire pit in the backyard.

The front courtyard area features a wood burning fireplace with a comfortable seating area with couches and a propane fire pit, a hammock and a swing bench.

The house has a rooftop lounge area that is a great place to watch the beautiful desert sunsets.

Sitting on an acre lot, this beautiful villa provides all the amenities you are looking for to enjoy your time in Scottsdale - upscale, private, comfortable, and relaxing. Villa Divertida is the house for you!

Note: the pool is available to be heated year round, however there is a +$50/day for pool/hot tub heating for reservations October through April due to the high gas costs for those months, averaging over $2,000/month. Thanks for your understanding!
