Condo in River Run Only a 4-minute Walk to Gondola w/ Private Balcony

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony overlooking River Run Village with partial mountain views. This vacation rental also comes equipped with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and mounted flat screen TVs in both the living area and in the primary bedroom. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy furniture. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area you have access to the private balcony that offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats four around a wooden table and chairs. The full bathroom has a pedestal sink, a shower/tub combination and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom is right next to the bathroom and has a king-sized bed, mounted flat screen TV and offers great mountain views.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Great location and view. Loved being able to easily walk to gondola and all shops and dining options. Our room had all we needed and more including humidifiers and box fans. Will definitely rent there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was very nice and very convenient to the gondola, well-stocked for cooking and easy parking. Unfortunately we were unable to use the fireplace because maybe the pilot light was off; called maintenance about this but they never came. Also we got locked out of our condo in the evening after grocery shopping because the door lock battery died. It took a while to get through to a person on their help line (kept going to voice mail). But once we got through the maintenance guy came within 20 minutes and got us in. Other than those 2 issues we were very satisfied and we would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. Overall, the facilities were nice. We did notice the fans in the condo need a good cleaning, especially the bathroom fan. The closet fans, although we didn’t use, looked dirty too. The management person told us to bring pool towels for the pool but the pool had towels for us to use. Now, if you wanted to just use the Silvermill jacuzzis, then bringing your own towels would be nice (or use condo). Loved having the gym to use and underground parking was ideal! We love summit county so I’m certain we will be back - with our bikes again! Check in was nice and easy. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently too. Thank you!

Great condo !

Great condo with all facilities and full kitchen. Perfect location to walk to the lift and in the middle of the village. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. We will definitely be back!

Great for a weekend trip

The location is perfect if you're skiing or spending time at Keystone. The condo was clean, with adequate supplies for the long weekend. The hot tubs were great and convenient, although the one we were in was somewhat sandy in the bottom. It would also be nice to have a couple of extra towels just for the hot tub or pool. Otherwise, condo is as described. The underground parking is also very nice.

Great condo

First time to stay in Keystone and this was a beautiful condo at a nice resort. There were food options and a little bit of shopping. We could easily drive to Dillon reservoir, Breckenridge, Frisco. My only complaint was the restaurant 9280 Sake House, terrible Ramen and waiter. We had one maintenance issue which management quickly resolved the next day. Highly recommend

The bed was spacious and comfy and bathroom was clean. A few notes for the property managers, the blind adjuster on the balcony door was all tangled up so you couldn’t raise the blind. The iron was missing but the company was able to drop one off. The room did get hot but there were fans available to use.

Had plenty of essentials to get us through. Was nice to have spices in the kitchen don’t usually see that. Wanted to use the pool table but not being able to use it after 10 was a bummer. Wasn’t actually sure if it was allowed but I saw a noise ordinance so just assumed. 10 is so early for us but otherwise everything else was great. Tried a lot of different restaurants around and they were all good.

Kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee & breakfast. Bathrooms well stocked with towels. Only thing we couldn't find was an iron to iron my hubbies shirt before our anniversary dinner. A little hot in July, but the 2 box fans helped a lot!

Spring break 2024

Condo in a great location to lifts, dining and shopping. A couple of things is that the pillows and mattress need to be replaced in the master bedroom. The bathroom vent was covered in black dust and definitely needs to be changed. Since there is no ice maker, it would be nice to have more than one ice tray. Honestly the biggest complaint I have is that I had to drive back to the office to pickup the 4 towels to be used in the hot tub/pool. This was after someone that I was texting with still insisted that I come pickup the towels. It was not our fault they were not left in there when it was cleaned.
