391 Loraine Ave. - Right hand side of ranch duplex with a beautiful bay window with a view of the monument.
Newly remodeled private ranch style home located right in the heart of the island’s downtown Put-in-Bay. The rental has two bedrooms, a queen pillow top luxury bed in each; one full large bath with tub, central A/C, wireless internet, smart TV, sectional sofa, an additional queen air mattress, fully equipped huge kitchen with plenty of seating and on-site parking. Additionally, an amazing resort pool, lazy river, hot tub & swim up bar directly out back door (open summer seasonally). The home is family friendly, and all furnishings are new and tastefully decorated in a lake/island/nautical style. Located within steps of restaurants, entertainment, parks, public docks, shopping and National historic monument. So, Y-Knot Stop Inn?

Close to downtown

Reviews are lies Exterminator and HVAC NEEDED

Myself and four of my friends checked in on Sunday which was 90ish degrees. There was no air conditioning. Upon notifying the agent- we were told “it was running all day, I know it was working.” There was a lovely oscillating fan on the table, which was a focal point of the unit. After further correspondence we were advised that an HVAC technician was called to come on Monday. On Monday am, to our surprise, there was a trail of mouse droppings all across the kitchen countertop. We advised the agent in the morning. She stated that was the FIRST INSTANCE and an exterminator would be sent. Oh and the towels are filthy- floors are so gross they have never been mopped- and there were so many cheap cone air fresheners everywhere we couldn’t breathe.

Party in the front,pool in the back!

So much space in this super clean duplex! Perfect to host your family with lots of elbow room. Super clean and smelled so good. Quiet at night even though downtown is so close. Plenty of space for parking if you bring a car. Hostesses are so nice and friendly

Great house near the action

We loved it! Had my bachelorette party on the island and the house was perfect for that. Great location if you’re looking to walk to all the bars and things. The house itself was so nice! Has everything you need for an extended stay. Check in and out was very easy. You can tell they have put a lot of work into this property and it looks great. The host pretty much had everything we needed covered it was relaxing!

we were told that we could walk out back door to pool, but the hotel erected a fence on our 2nd day there. We had to walk all the way around to hotel entrance to get into pool, which was a major inconvenience for me and my old knees. owner didn't seem concerned.

Truly a Super Host!!

This place really made my trip Amazing and unforgettable. Really clean and beautiful and comfortable, it really felt like being home away from home. Disappointed

We booked the house for two nights to attend the Luke Bryan concert. Unfortunately due to storms the concert was cancelled. We did not feel comfortable coming on Thursday afternoon due to the previous flooding and predicted storms that were coming through. When we contacted the owner via email it took over 7 hours for her to reply. When she did reply she said the sun was out and we could still enjoy the island. However the forecast was correct and there was a tornado warning and more bad weather. She would not refund anything at all or give any type of discount. We will never book through VRBO for Put In Bay again.

Great place in the perfect location!

Second year staying at this property. Easy check in, great communication by owner, clean, updated and located within a minute walk to downtown. It’s a bonus that we have access to the Islander Hotel pool and bar in the back!
