Discover the lively Bywater district, a historic treasure in New Orleans, one of America's most captivating cities. Embrace the laissez-faire spirit rooted deeply in tradition and renewal at The Saxony, a condominium a few blocks from Crescent Park, a 1.4-mile, 20-acre urban linear park, that connects to the Mississippi riverfront. Unwind in this newly constructed building offering great amenities including a refreshing pool, fitness center, and secure parking, ensuring a truly indulgent stay.

Conveniently located in the Bywater neighborhood, just a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter!

This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit's floor. Once you enter the unit you'll walk into the full kitchen which is immediately followed by the living room and patio/balcony area. The first bathroom will be to the right down the hallway followed by the first bedroom. Down the hall to the left will be the laundry room followed by the master bedroom with an attached bathroom.

You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans' galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. Wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful stay in Bywater. It was convenient to our family and the condo was spacious and well maintained. Convenient to restaurants and bars and of course there is the Chantilly cake- thank you Bywater Bakery!

We were in New Orleans visiting our son and daughter-in-law who live in Bywater. The condo was just a 5 minute drive to their home. It was very comfortable and clean. We especially liked the secure parking garage. The host was quick to answer questions and check-in was a breeze. Will definitely consider the property for our next visit to see our son.

Excellent place to stay!

The condominium is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The location is great, easy to park your car and Uber everywhere. The secure garage parking is very safe and convenient. Everything went exactly as planned, which was wonderful because we were in NOLA for our son’s wedding. Communication with the host was great. I would highly recommend this condominium!

Great time in NOLA

We were 4 senior citizens who came to NOLA for a long weekend of JazzFest -- and this property couldn't have been more perfect. Spacious, clean, nicely appointed, easy in/out and a quiet neighborhood that also felt centrally located for everything we wanted to do, whether it was the festival or a trip to the French Quarter. Indoor parking, swimming pool -- what more do you want? We would absolutely stay there again without hesitation.

Great Place

4 adults (2 couples) stayed here and it was great. Everything was clean and matched the description and pictures. It was a very safe place and area. Everything is secured with a door code to enter the building. The pool area was an added bonus that we used a couple times as well. If we were to come back to NOLA, I would definitely book here again

We’d/dong trip

A really great location and beautiful property! Would suggest rubber shower mats, cone coffee filters for those that bring their own coffee and update codes in the book. Host was very accommodating and we loved being there! I don’t know the code in New Orleans but grab bars for getting in and out of the shower would be helpful especially in the tub shower. Would highly recommend this place!

This is one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in. The property is in an excellent location, in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to walk to the French Quarter (or a short car ride to anywhere). The home is super clean and comfortable, exactly as described and shown in the photos. We loved having a nice kitchen for morning coffee before starting our days exploring the city. Our host provided plenty of resources for groceries, dining, and activities. We're looking forward to our next visit!

Appartement propre et fonctionnel

TrÚs bel appartement moderne, bien situé, avec un stationnement intérieur. Toutes les commodités sont prévues dans l'appartement. Il y a une piscine et un bbq à l'extérieur. TrÚs bien insonorisé. Nous n'avons jamais entendu les voisins. Et la rue est trÚs calme aussi. Bref un séjour sympa à New-Orleans.
