Good location for trails between warrior and pinnacle, closer to warrior. We enjoyed our stay, great communication and nice having locked storage as well. It has everything you need including a trailer dolly.

Very clean, comfortable house. Close to trail heads for Hatfield & McCoy trail systems.

Nice, clean house. Storage shed for SxS was a nice addition. Would have liked to have had a dishwasher, but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay. Very close to Hatfield & McCoy trails.

Great Home

Wow! This place surpassed all our expectations! It is extremely nice and so clean. The snacks and coffee were an added bonus! We are already looking at dates to rebook. The kitchen is well stocked and it was an all around excellent experience. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Easy access to the trails and town. The back steps need to be fixed. Nice detached garage to store the side by sides.

Nothing wrong with steps they are cement and been there since the house was built. I can’t help you climb steps we are sorry you tripped going up them while trying to pick your helmet up.

Nice place to stay everything was as listed! Once sxs was unloaded the truck never moved again. Plenty of trails close by our group rode over 200 miles in a weekend from here. Property managers were very helpful and available if needed for anything. Great trip for us will be back and highly recommend!!!

Attention: never stay at this location. You’ve been warned.

We went here for a two day trip. Arrive to the property to find that it had no power. No air-conditioning, no hot water, no amenities whatsoever. Contacted the owner and informed them of the issues. They acknowledge them and try to get confirmation for the power company. Power was never turned back on and my family was forced to find accommodations over an hour away….. last minute. Not only that, the owner stole our money. Literally charged us and refused to refund us for the entire trip even though nobody would ever stay in a house w no power. Let’s not forget every part of your actions is recorded. There’s cameras throughout the property which record your every move. Good luck with any privacy. For everyone going to the trails this is not the place for you.

Michael, Again very sorry there was a storm with power outages across War and Welch at the time of your stay. You told me you were going to look for somewhere else with power. You said you saw there was no power, never went in my house, didn’t unpack, and left it the way you found it. You emailed me and said it was very clean and you would come stay with us again. I told you I would happily refund both nights after I could confirm you were telling the truth and house was secure. You know I found dirty towels/washcloths for 4 people, case of empty beers cans in trash, all windows unlocked, pop tarts on floor, all beds having been laid on, and living room furniture used. The neighbors saw you park your SxS in my garage and spend Friday in my house. Yes, you were seen! You were also seen and specifically described returning to my home, after being checked out and refunded for Saturday. You had no business being there! You used the code, entered my house, turned the hot water faucet on and left. Yes, you were seen! No power = No cameras but you did not account for neighbors and Yes, you were seen! I refunded you for Saturday, you know you used my home Friday, you know you trespassed & vandalized my home but you still slander my home…. You are why rules/regulations have to be so strict and honest people have to pay extra and jump through hoops to book vacation homes. You are never welcome at my home again & I am still deciding if you are going to be charged with trespassing & vandalism. Yes, there are witnesses and Yes the police are aware. Of course there is a claim against you with VRBO as well. Funny you talk of cameras when there was never power during your time there. You were notified of the Ring camera at front/back door- looking at yard/driveway and that it is turned off at check-in.

We thoroughly enjoy staying in Welch, WV riding both the HMT systems and Outlaw trails. We ride both dirt bikes and SxS and like the versatility of trail systems available in Welch. We hope you all enjoy this home and the area as much as we do.

Paved driveway, good parking with trailer buddy available, large lockable garage, local restaurants, down town cinema, grocery and convenience store, dollar store, Walgreens, and auto parts store close by . HMT trail passes sold at local convenience store with several trail heads and destination sites nearby. Historic Welch, WV with lots of walkable downtown charm.
