Your dream beach getaway starts here at 119 The Greens, a lovely updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa that comfortably accommodates a family or group of ten. We invite you to make yourself at home in this vacation home away from home!

A spacious open plan with living and dining area that open to the fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy activities together. How about a movie or game night in the living room, or just curl up with a good book on the sofa? Gather around the dining table to enjoy a delicious meal prepared in the kitchen, or to plan your island adventures! The kitchen is the perfect spot to fix everything from the morning coffee, a delightful lunch to enjoy outdoors on the wraparound deck, or a picnic basket full of goodies to enjoy on the beach.

The main floor also includes a spa-like primary en suite with king bed and beautiful views out to the golf course, and there is a sofabed in the living room. You’ll find a laundry closet for your convenience, and we provide a starter pack of Dropps laundry pods for you.

The second floor has two guest suites, one with 2 queen beds and full bath, the other with 2 twin beds. There is also another full bath.

There is much to do in Shipyard Plantation and on Hilton Head Island, so stay for as long as you can. Of course, there’s the amazing beach that never disappoints. Splash in the ocean, build sandcastles, work on your tan, then come back at night for some quiet stargazing punctuated by the soothing sound of water lapping against the sandy shore. Enjoy biking along our famous bike trails highlighted by flora and fauna, or ride along the beach. Take in golf, tennis, watersports, a day trip to Savannah or Charleston, shopping, dining…the options are endless here.

Great stay

Property was very nice and accommodating. Master-room bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on away from home. Kitchen has everything you need. Overall beautiful place in a beautiful location!

A little slice of heaven

Our stay was great. We had a wedding at the Sonesta so we were in close proximity for all of the festivities. I would highly recommend this property .

Great spot on HHI

Had a great time at the Greens condo, spacious for friends or family, liked the 3 bath, no one in our party had to share. Quiet spot on the golf course made for nice evenings

Property was in good shape, fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities also. Beach towels were provided.The one thing I wish there was a beach locker with chairs for the beach. Also, the weather could have been better, we were there during Hurricane Debby!

Wonderful week at The Greens

We had the best week visiting Hilton Head and staying in this beautiful townhouse. It was one of the nicest places we have stayed at. It is just a short walk to the beach, but we rented bikes so it was about a 3 min. bike ride. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was very clean and just as described. The pool was a short walk and was in the prettiest setting. I highly recommend renting bikes because we had a great time biking around Shipyard in the evenings. We had 6 in our party and plenty of room for everyone. Thank you for a wonderful vacation !!

Stellar Rental

Would give this place six stars if I could. The location and amenities are fantastic, and the unit itself is clean, beautiful, and well updated. It’s a short walk to the Shipyard beach; it’s so nice to be able to walk over and not worry about parking, and to hop back and forth between the unit and beech. The pool in the community is nice and the overall area has nice walking and biking paths. In terms of the unit, it is managed by a professional management company, which is very organized, responsive, and welcoming. They were so easy to deal with and made the experience beyond pleasant. Communication is phenomenal. Inside the unit is spacious and very well updated. Bathrooms are very nice. Furniture is tasteful and very functional. This place is a diamond in the rough. Would stay again.

Comfortable unit, nice outdoor space

The unit is comfortable, clean, and very quiet with plenty of nice outdoor space. We enjoyed the views of the 6th hole of the golf course from the spacious deck area. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet space. The appliances in the unit (coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave) all worked well and we particularly enjoyed having access to the new full-size washer and dryer. We would have liked to have seen more microwave-safe dishes with lids for cooking and re-heating food. Also, the pots and pans did not all have lids that fit and there could have been more cutlery and coffee mugs. In the living room, some of the seat cushions on the couches were worn and could use a cleaning. It would also have been nice to see the deadbolt in the front door repaired. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and any negative comments we have made about the unit are minor and are intended as constructive feedback for the owner/manager.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 119 The Greens for 6 weeks this past winter. We are planning to do the same for 2024. The house is very close to the beach - we were a little disappointed that there were no beach chairs or umbrellas. But the time we were there was more beach walking than sitting. House was clean and well appointed. Having linens, towels provided was wonderful. We liked the outside space best. Wrap around deck and great view, nice grill. The golfers are very entertaining to watch.

We had a great time. Beds were comfy, AC worked great. The kitchen has all we needed to make meals. The location could not be better - super short walk to the beach. We will stay here again. We have been going to HHI for 10 years and this was one of our favorite rentals. Thanks!

Great Stay

Perfect house for my family of 4 and my parents as well. 3 full baths were a bonus. Great location. Golf beach tennis and the restaurant at the Sonesta just steps away. The property managers best I’ve ever dealt with as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only one little inconvenience was that we didn't find the permits entry in the box location they told me to pick it up, but the lady that answered the call helped us to get it at the security check point, other than that everything else was perfect, thank you.
