Conveniently located in Shipyard Plantation, this beautiful, three-bedroom condo features a spacious living area with wooded/lagoon views, and just a short bike ride to the beach!

This gorgeous 2nd floor condo has recently had some fantastic updates. New floor, new furniture and an updated kitchen will make your stay in this lovely villa even more delightful. The many windows and open floor plan of this property make the living area feel huge! The new comfortable living room furniture is so inviting for your evenings in. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features an eat-in bar for 2, brand new appliances and countertops. The dining room seats 6 and is open to the rest of the condo. French doors lead to a bright and sunny Carolina room that features a sleeper sofa, chair, and a decorative fireplace.

The master bedroom is located on one side of the villa with direct access to the den. It has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a newly updated master bathroom with a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. On the other side of the condo are the additional bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV and private bath. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds and full bath located just outside the door.

With tennis courts and a large pool on site, this villa is a perfect choice for enjoying a peaceful vacation, while still being within reach of all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

Vacation review

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was large and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

Lots of room

We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked into our rental . It was much more spacious than the pictures and very nice. Actually, the pictures did not give it justice. It was super nice and very clean. It had everything that we needed. We would definitely rent this again. The location was great and easy to get to. If anyone who reads this is searching for a great vacation spot, they should stop right here. You won't be disappointed!

Great place

Condo was everything as advertised. Very clean and plenty of room for our family. Grounds outside were very nice. Beach area and restaraunt by the beach for the shipyard was excellent. Pool area was nice, but needs cleaned more often. Lots of restaraunts and shops very close to the shipyard. The only thing someone needs to address, is parking for the beach. Definitely need more spots. The shuttles for excess parking area were far and few between for pickup. We have a larger family and they only give 1 beach vehicle pass which I totally understand, but there's no way the elderley could walk from excess parking area to the beach without shuttle. I understand you can drop off at the circle, but that is a very tight fit with all the vehicles going in and out. I would definitely stay again in the shipyard, but would try and get a condo within short distance of the beach access.

Very comfortable & great location

The condo was very clean, & had lots of kitchen supplies & dishes for families who like to eat in. The sun porch was perfect for our grandson to sleep on the pull out couch & still feel like he had his own space. The living room & master TVs are not smart TVs, so guests will need to bring a device to stream. Location is wonderful, close enough to bike to Coligny Square & short drive to many restaurants. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking & biking. The beach access does not have adequate parking for the size of the neighborhood so go early or plan to walk a good distance from overflow. The restrooms at beach walk are relatively clean & there is a tiki hut for snacks & drinks very close. The pool in Golfmaster is a in good shape, going from 3 to 7 1/2 feet. Legendary Golf is a fun miniature golf spot. Chronic Golf + Sports is a fun sports bar/simulator for the older kids & adults. Favorite restaurants for our family were Hudson’s & Old Oyster Factory. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit Hilton Head!

Clean & great location!

Condo was very clean and Shipyard plantation was well maintained. It’s one mile from the beach. I highly recommend renting or bringing bikes because the parking at the Shipyard beach access is VERY limited. It’s a great location to stay though because it’s so close to restaurants and shopping. We could walk to the pool from condo. The pool is very small with limited seating, so arrive early.

Shipyard rental

The condo was tucked away further than I expected but the neighborhood was very pretty and quiet. The condo was neat and clean and everything worked (appliances and such). The condo wasn’t as close to the beach as I thought it would be but we either drove or rode our bikes we rented to get there. The pool was enjoyable. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and I would stay there again.

Our Stay

Our Stay was amazing. The place was very nice and clean. We had about 7 people with us which everyone was very comfortable in our place. It was a short walk to the pool which our kids loved the most and I to enjoyed very much. I think it was a great location very close to alot of cool activity's. I highly recommend this place hands down I will give it 5 stars.

April 2022 Stay

This is place was amazing! We brought our four kids, (age 7 and under), they loved it! The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the entire place was so clean! The grounds were beautiful and the condo is so close to everything! Definitely check out the Shipyard beach! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for having us!

July 2021 Stay

We had a great time in HHI, this was our first time renting a condo, usually we stay at a hotel. This condo was amazing. It was very spacious and clean and had all of the amenities we could ever imagine. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone!
