Step inside from the covered porch entry to your vacation "home away from home" with first-floor Primary en suite with queen bed and full bath, laundry closet, and a fully-equipped kitchen that opens to the living and dining areas. Upstairs you will find two spacious en suites, one with king bed and one with queen bed.

Best Vacation Rental!

We stayed at 21 Cottages for a week during the holidays- this property is beautiful- great location, and spotlessly clean. Well appointed kitchen- It boasts three bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom making this a very comfortable place to stay with adult couples. The porches have a great view- walkable neighborhood- with beach access - loved it!

Girls Weekend

The layout of the property was perfect. All 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom. The decor was welcoming and beachy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The surroundings were beautiful, lush, quiet and peaceful. Unit was close to just about everything to make our weekend a success and lots of fun. Definitely recommend this vacation rental.

First timers

First time to Hilton Head. Property was spotless! It had everything you could need. Perfect size for 2 adults and 3 older teens. Enjoyed the bike trails. You could really park your car and bike to the beach, shopping, dinner. A little far to walk for our liking. We rented bikes and also rented beach chairs at Coligny to avoid hauling them. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice property to stay at

We stayed here for a week. The place was very clean and very well-equipped with supplies and kitchen items. It’s in a very good and quiet location too. Very close to a lot of things. The only things that keep this from being a 5 star 10/10 review is that the mattresses were way too spongy and moved too much when one of us would move around in the bed during the night, waking the other. Also, the couch and loveseat are a bit too worn/spongy as well. But those are the only things we didn’t care for. We would stay again if we came back to Hilton Head.

Nice open place

The mattresses were horrible, really need to be replaced!! The toilet in the master bathroom looks like for a kids bathroom. The floors really need a good cleaning. I wore a pair socks and they got so dirty, I had to trash them.

Spotless and Convenient

We stayed 7 days at 21 The Cottages in June. The unit was absolutely spotless and the Host2Coast staff was excellent. The welcome packet was a nice touch. The team thought of just about everything you would need and their online portal had great information and suggestions. The unit itself was just as described. The location was convenient to shopping and the beach, approximately 1 mile walk from the unit. The Shipyards community is guarded 24 hrs and felt very safe and secure. The Cottages area was laid back, private and felt secluded. Parking was plentiful. The AC worked very well and we experienced several 95 degree days. Getting passes to the Shipyard community at Host2Coast after hours was easy and accessing the unit was seamless at check-in. The access points are digital key pads so no physical keys involved (super convenient for all guests). We would definitely stay at this unit again!

The beds were more comfortable than our own beds at home!! The location was excellent on a quiet cul-de-sac. Our children attended Van De Meer tennis camp which was only a mile away, easy to bike or walk to on the shaded bike paths. The cottage was well equipped with plenty of kitchen items for cooking, plenty of towels and bedding etc.... Would love to stay here again! The communication with host to coast the rental agency was efficient, fabulous and friendly too.

We rented bikes and had them waiting for us when we arrived so we were able to easily bike to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The home is obviously not right on the beach, so you need to plan for a short bike ride - but there's plenty of great bike paths (or you can drive). The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable week. Very professional management company with a nice welcome bag when we arrived to start the vacation. I would definitely recommend this place.

This house was perfect for us. It was 3 bed and 3 bath and all of the bedrooms were a good size. It was perfect for our needs for a nice weekend trip to Hilton Head. Check in was simple and easy.
