This beautiful beachfront home is located directly in front of the sandy shore on a beach access road. Incognito has an open kitchen and living area that is spacious for the family to enjoy. There is a Smart TV and WIFI for your enjoyment! Just enter the password and login information provided in a picture frame near the living room TV. The master bedroom has a king bed as well as a desk for any work that comes up while on vacation! There is a private entrance to the deck and attached bathroom in the master bedroom. The guests rooms are cozy and comfortable. The children will love the bunk room, it has 2 twin/twin bunk beds with 1 single trundle underneath! Bedroom three has a queen and a full bed. When you wake up in the morning, grab a cup of coffee, or your favorite beverage, sit outside and enjoy the amazing sunrise views while listening to the waves crashing from the huge deck. Downstairs, you'll find a picnic table, the perfect spot to enjoy a barbecue dinner or a quick lunch prepared by the "Grill Master" on the charcoal grill. There is also a downstairs sink area for cleaning all the fish waiting to be caught. When you are ready to head to the beach, it's just a few steps away! Don't forget to wash off everything but your memories in the downstairs shower after a long, fun day at the beach!
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
