Family friendly Beachfront home with open living space, 2 sitting areas, dining room and kitchen. Sleeps 10, with a Queen Bed in each bedroom. Living room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Ladder leading to the Loft w/ 4 twins. Children will love the adventure of climbing the Loft area with 4 Twin Beds. This is a family/pet friendly home. The fishing is great right in front of the house or at rollover pass which is right next to this house!

Great view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and location were great however the house needs some maintenance. Some of the drawers in the kitchen do not open properly. The bathroom tiles in the first bathroom need repair. The tiles sink in and are loose. There's also construction nearby and there is a lot of noise. They were even doing construction on Sunday. However the convenience of early check in and late check out is great. There was an issue with the septic tank alarm going off and they were very prompt in responding and very nice.

Short stay

House was very nice, large, clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Kind of tricky figuring out lights/switches. And a big accumulation of sand in driveway, could easily get stuck. Also, coded locks would be so much more convenient than a key.

We appereciate the professionalism of the staff at Cobb Realty also. The last day as we were leaving, it looked like there was a leak under the kitchen sink. It must have just started because we never noticed any leaking before. Other than was perfect!

We really loved the beautiful beach house that was right on the beach, and the laundry service was definitely worth the money!We'll be back next year!!

It was comfortable, just the right size. The cabin is located in a quiet part of the beach, but not too far from the stores and restaurant. I will plan on going back next summer

We had 9 people and 2 dogs and we were comfortable. Yard was good for the dogs but the pickets on the fence fell off in a few area and dogs made an escape. It just needs a bit of maintenance. View of the Gulf was perfect and we would not hesitate to rent this location again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time at this beach house. It is spacious and the view is AMAZING! This part of the peninsula isn't as crowded. There were days where we were the only beach goers in sight. We are already planning our next beach vacation here!!The linens they provide are clean. After our stay last year we learned to take our own pillows and blankets. The pillows provided are flat and yellow. And the comforters on the bed are not washed between rentals. They had stains and pet hair on them. I prefer taking my own, anyway!

Enjoyable stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat guests, and enjoyed our time at Bolivar. The house is very comfortable, well stocked, and well maintained, although the upholstery is showing inevitable wear and tear and could use some updating. Good size for 2 couples or smaller families. The 4 twin beds in the loft area are accessed via a very steep staircase (more of a ladder design), so may not be appropriate for very small children or older adults. The next door neighbor may be a bit off putting to some with the vast political (“patriotic”?) flag display all along the beachfront, but overall the location is very good and fairly quiet after the weekend traffic was over. Many cars got stuck in the sand on the adjacent street, trying to access the beach, but that activity quieted down by Monday.

Perfect Location/Adorable House/ Amazing View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a beach vacation away from all the touristy spots, this is your spot. The house is super cute, well equipped, very comfortable, and best of all right on the beach. We went during spring break, so almost had entire beach to ourselves! The only negative is that it needs a good deep cleaning, especially the bedding. The bed skirts didn't look like they'd been washed in ages and the pillows/blankets were covered in dog hair. We brought our own, so it wasn't a huge problem. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well equipped. The living room set is really old and stained, but comfy. Beds were very comfortable. The loft upstairs was a big hit, kids loved it. Overall, I highly recommend Cool Breeze.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. This is the 3rd time we rented this house, however, the house needs a lot of repair and cleaning. The furniture is over used and not real clean. We had to repair the fence on our own as many pickets were down. THERE WERE RATS EVERYWHERE in the yard, and the rv park nest to it was totally nasty. A cargo life or elevator would really be nice. I would not recommend this property until the rat situation is remedied, and some cosmetic work was done on it.

It's the little things like this that please this mama! Our large family enjoyed our stay. I recommend taking your own pillows and blankets. The pillows and comforters at the house were dirty and worn. The living room furniture also shows wear. I draped a sheet over it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental agency is very professional, efficient, and friendly. Nice ocean front location adjacent to Rollover Pass. There is some night time activity and beach traffic on weekends, but overall a quiet, restful location. Furnishings (upholstery, pillows, window shades) are showing some wear, but house is nicely decorated and has expansive beach views out the side and front. Be advised that the steps to the 4 twin bed loft area are very steep (more like a ladder), so not suitable for young children or people with mobility issues.
