This newly renovated beautiful apartment located in the heart of Canandaigua is a five minute walk to restaurants, shops and the lake resort area. Additionally, it takes less than 20 minutes to drive to Bristol Mountain Ski Resort. The one bedroom, one bathroom, upper apartment has a private entrance with room to store bikes, snowboards and standup paddleboards. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, along with all of the noticeable details to make your stay enjoyable. There are three rooms, including a bedroom with a queen bed, kitchen w/ dining and a living room with a full size sofa pull out bed and work space (desk & chair). Every room exudes sleek, comfortable, and modern touches.

This place was awesome! It’s was really well decorated with everything we needed. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious. We were in town for a wedding at the Lakehouse and it was literally a 3 minute drive to the venue so it was perfect for travelling back and forth. And for the ladies, the large mirrors in the living room and natural lighting for the windows is oerfect for doing makeup and getting ready! Would 1,000% stay here again and highly recommend.

Our stay at Le Petit was perfect. The location is convenient to most everything in town, it was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were quality and generous (towels, etc) It's obvious that the place was prepared with both thought and care. No glitches at all - our check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We would stay again!

We attended a party at the lake house resort for a friend and this little place couldn’t have been more perfect for us. It was walking distance to the lake and walking distance to the cute Main Street shops. We had 4 adults stay. Definitely tight but not uncomfortable at all. Very nicely put together, very clean. The hosts were very communicative and kind. Highly recommend and would stay here if we ever come back!

Enjoyed Our Stay

This property is located right in the heart of Canandaigua and you can walk to shops, restaurants and the marina. Everything was first class. We stayed over the 4th of July and watched the parade from our front window. We would definitely stay here when we return to the Finger Lakes region.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I spent the weekend at this sweet little apartment. It felt bright and roomy despite the size. The decor was beautifully updated and the attention to detail was evident at every turn. The location was close to the lake as well as an easy walk to town. The hosts were easy to work with and communication was a breeze. We would love to stay there again!

The property is clean, bright, and had everything we needed. The location is just a short walk away from the lake/local eateries, and quick drive to local breweries and vineyards. Great for couples. Lots of really nice small touches in the apartment, and thanks for the bottle of wine!
