The place was clean, There was only 2 towels no wash cloth and only one hand towel. With 2 people staying 2 nights and what we paid..Aggravating!!! And walls not very sound proof, You can hear traffic all night and people downstairs…

Owner has done a great job turning the property into a living space while keeping some of the character of the historic building. Location was convenient for our tour of the finger lakes region.

Super easy check in & parking! Everything was very clean and the shower was super nice. Great if you are in need of a place to stay for wedding. The living area is small so make sure you are renting to sleep not to hangout!

The location in the middle of Main Street is amazing, and we didn’t even mind the steep stairs to the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the Fire and Ice Festival and other local attractions. The apartment is beautifully finished and well appointed with comfortable beds, full kitchen with Keurig. I missed having a washcloth to wash my face so I would bring one when I stay again, and a baking tray would be handy. All in all we loved the place and had a great stay!

Sweet place near everything

Great lake house decor. Comfortable furnishings and beds. Excellent for our 3 week stay. Couldn't beat the location. Steps from restaurants, pubs, live music. Short walk to the lake. We had 2 maintenance issues that were addressed in less than an hour each. Thanks, Evolve.

Finger Lakes Vacation

This apartment was just what we were looking for as our home base to explore what the region has to offer. It was much more affordable than the upscale hotels in the area, with the added advantage of more space and a full kitchen. The reserved parking space was an advantage also, so we were able to come and go without issue.Canandaigua is a pleasant small city and a bit more upscale than some of the other cities around the lakes. The apartment's location has a good variety of great restaurants within a very short walking distance for breakfast/coffee, or a nice dinner and drinks after a day of sightseeing.We visit the region every couple of years and plan to rent this location for our next stay.

Great EXPERIENCE and Awesome units !!

My stay was awesome !! The apartment (Unit 4) was super clean and super nice furniture and had all the amenities. Has coffee - creamer and sugar for the coffee machine. The only set back the TV that was in the apartment was really hard to figure out and the WiFi wasn’t strong and was lagging and buffering when we tried to watch a movie.
