Staycation

This was a beautiful and relaxing stay. I was able to have the best time with my close friends and family and celebrate my birthday. This rental provided everything! I will definitely be back!

This property is soothing and has everything you need literally! The washer makes noises but other than that we would stay again!

Outstanding property and perfect Atlanta location!

This was our second time booking this property. We enjoyed it so much last year and I’m happy to say we had a wonderful experience this year as well. The house is darling and comfortably hosted eight of us. The pool in the backyard was fantastic for the kids and the adults and we also really enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the mornings and evenings. The house is location in College Park was fantastic – it’s such a charming area and the restaurants are great! it was a quick drive into Atlanta and close to six Flags and White Waters, which were must do’s for the kids. Jonnette is a fantastic host! Hoping to rent this terrific property again next summer.

Fantastic property!

As VRBO renters for many years (and former VRBO rental property owners) we are incredibly picky when it comes to places we rent ourselves. We stayed in this ownderful home for a week with family (8 of us total and there was plenty of room) because of it's proximity to downtown Atlanta and may other locations we were interested in (Six Flags, White Water, College Park, the airport, etc.). The house is immcaulate and recently thoroughly remodeled but still has a ton of charm. We were all in the private pool at least twice a day, barbecued regularly in the large private yard, and were able to walk to great restaurants in College Park (about five blocks from the house). Jonnette (the proerty owner) was an amazing host! She responded immediatley to every inquiry and refreshed the pool half way through our stay. Every possible amenity, new appliances, and that fantastic pool! Lounge chairs, outdoor TV for sports, kids pool toys, air conditioning, and Disney/Netflix on the living room TV (TV's in every bodroom). Cannot recommend this place highly enough - cannot wait to come back!

Wedding Ready

We visited GA for my mother-in-laws wedding. The location was perfect. We were only 20 minutes away. The home and amenities set us up for a fun and amazing experience. We all enjoyed the pool especially at night. The lights from the pool and the fire pit was very soothing! We're claiming this location for our next visit to GA. Ms. Simmons is the best host ever!

Fantastic Home!

My friends and I very much enjoyed this property, Jonnette was a fantastic host and very responsive. The property was very spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Additionally, this property was very close to all areas of Atlanta, would definitely stay here again!
