Bienvenue au 18Ăšme Ă©tage de la tour du lagon. Imaginez avoir tout l’étage pour vous. L'ascenseur s'ouvre sur votre penthouse personnel. La vue est incroyable! Vue Ă  360 degrĂ©s de l'eau!

Vous trouverez quatre chambres joliment décorées. Le grand espace de vie est ouvert sur une cuisine en granit et en acier inoxydable avec des siÚges en ßlot et un bar servant une machine à glaçons sous le comptoir. Cette zone s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse incroyable, avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe.

Le maßtre offre une vue sur le lagon, une entrée privée sur la terrasse et une grande salle de bain luxueuse avec double vasque, une douche séparée et un grand bain à remous. La deuxiÚme chambre dispose d'un lit queen et salle de bain privée.

La troisiÚme chambre dispose également d'un lit queen et salle de bain privée. La quatriÚme chambre a un jumeau avec un lit gigogne dessous. Les quatre chambres sont équipées d'une télévision et de baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique et la petite lagune.

Vous profiterez d'un accÚs notarié à la plage dans un quartier calme du quartier résidentiel de West Beach. Pas de foule ici! Les piscines intérieure et extérieure, ainsi que le bain à remous intérieur entouré de baies vitrées donnant sur Little Lagoon, procurent une détente rafraßchissante quelle que soit la période de l'année.

Vous trouverez également un centre de remise en forme au bord de l'eau et nous disposons d'un ponton privé avec des bordereaux de bateau.

La Lagoon Tower est Ă  environ 5 km Ă  l’ouest de l’intersection de l’autoroute 59 et du Beach Boulevard. Vous ĂȘtes donc loin du quartier de condo aprĂšs condo, tout en Ă©tant Ă  quelques minutes de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et attractions.

The views were incredible from every room!Large balcony allowed views from every angle; can see Beach and Lagoon. Property was clean and well appointed. Having chairs, towels, etc. was nice. Short walk to beach, short drive to restaurants. Everything was convenient. We loved our stay!

This was our 11th year staying at Lagoon Tower and our 5th year staying on the 18th floor penthouse condo. Our host, Melissa is always helpful and responsive to any of our questions or concerns. The Lagoon Tower property is well maintained. The 18th floor unit is tastefully decorated, very clean and has a kitchen that is as well equipped as any you could find. With this condo being the entire 18th floor, there are 2 large balconies. The front balcony offers fantastic views of the ocean and beach. The rear balcony offers a great view of the entire lagoon. We have found this property and condo to be the best value for the money in Gulf Shores. We’ve already booked our next stay in this condo for 2026.

Check-in was a little hectic being that there are hundreds of key boxes to go through.id rather do that then have to go to an office and then back to the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked and beautiful. As for as the views, they were breathtaking and could be seen from all angles of the room.

Very nice accommodations with plenty of room for us. Quiet setting with fishing opportunities for the guys and beach relaxation for the girls. Security guards on property in the evening were very helpful and friendly.

Wow, just WOW!

This condo knocks your socks off the second the elevator opens! The view from every single window is awe inspiring and the condo itself is a work of art. Every single thing we needed was there. There were 6 of us (3 couples) and the stay was more than comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked (including a slow cooker) and even has two coffee pots! (A life saver in the mornings) The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of extra blankets & towels and the garbage chute was an awesome convenience! Indoor AND outdoor pools and the Gulf across the street, what more can you ask for? It was spring break, but was quiet & private for our whole stay. Every question/concern I had was answered within an hour via text message.The ONLY thing I felt could be improved was the master bathroom shower head(s) - the water pressure left a bit to be desired. This condo is definitely on our list of “must returns” Very happy with our stay!

Very spacious with a fabulous view!

Very nice and comfortable. Zero complaints. There were 8 adults in our group, we never felt like we were running into each other. It was very quiet inside the unit. There is a gate to the beach for the building, the security guy told us about and gave us the code. Highly recommend.

Great place but a few opportunities

First of all, the place was beautiful and great location! It was for most part clean and was ready when we got there! The entire place was well secured. My only complaint was how unresponsive the property manager was. You need a code to get to the pool room and the access to the beach, so be sure you ask for that when you reserve. The security guard there in the evening had to tell us about it even though they aren’t supposed to. We never did hear back from property manager, even though I followed up a couple times. We also inquired about the TV as we couldn’t even log in to use it - even to use our own subscriptions, as we had some rainy days. We did end up leaving the night before due to a little visitor somehow getting to the 18th floor. My daughter was freaked out and while we know cockroaches are a thing in the south, coming from Michigan, we don’t have those. If the property manager would have been responsive, I would have said it was a perfect place.

Best views! Easy beach access! Luxurious stay!

All of our jaws dropped when we walked into the penthouse for the first time. It is so beautiful even without the phenomenal views. It’s the perfect location because you are 5 minutes from the “town” but have the private beach feel and access. We’ve stayed a lot of places and there is usually one or two things we would have changed but this place was perfect.
