***This home is a duplex with each floor rented separately.

LOWER UNIT: This FIRST FLOOR waterfront duplex sits on a quiet inlet with direct Oneida Lake access and located across from the Cove Resort. Enjoy an EZ Dock system for boats, jet skis, and kayaks—six provided! Relax on your private deck, or walk to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and Casino. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, grill, and washer/dryer included for the perfect Sylvan Beach getaway.

Each unit has large eat-in kitchen, equipped with large/small appliances, Keurig, washer/dryer, large deck, floating dock, and kayaks/life jackets. The grill, located outside on the floating dock, is shared between the floors

Water Access:
Enjoy dock access for kayaking, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water. Please notify us if you plan to dock a boat during your stay. EZ Dock can dock 1 boat with a max length of 45 feet and has a jet ski and kayak launch. 6 Kayaks available for guest use.

Heating & Cooling:
The home features a wall-mounted mini-split system and electric baseboard heaters for heat. For cooling, the main living area is air-conditioned with the mini-split system, while the bedrooms have window units and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable.

***Please note: This home is a duplex. The first-floor unit is located directly beneath the upper unit, so you may occasionally hear light footsteps or activity from the guests above.

The property was great. A very beautiful first floor apartment on the water! The property was very neat and clean.We saw geese with their babies, turtles, and beavers in the water. It was very close to everything around it; coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach. Definitely can’t wait to stay in the future!

House was spotless. Minimal place for clothes. Few supplies. No air conditioning in bedrooms. I would not stay in summer. Easy access to home. Pretty view. Good location.

There are window units for bedrooms during summer months. The weather has been in the 40’s and 50’s and you used heat throughout your stay. It wouldn’t make sense to install them right now. Thanks for the feedback.

Great house and location

We stopped here for a quick two-night stay on our trip from Maine back to Cincinnati. Very cool location, literally yards from the water. Also loved having several restaurants and activities within walking distance.

House is perfectly located within walking distance of the pier and the beach. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Property manager was amazing. House has a dock out front and a beautiful little porch to sit on. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful location located right next to the Cove with its own dock located right in front of the patio. Within walking distance to all the restaurants and beach side. It absolutely smelled fresh and clean just as you walked in. And we enjoyed the neighborhood friendly cat! He was a plus.

Loved this place

Fantastic location. Right on the water, walking distance to everything. With being a block from the main road, this place was very quiet. The kids loved being able to fish right off the back dock. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lake

Place was perfect. Had everything we needed and everything went super smooth. Had never been on this lake before and it was a beauty. Nice small town. Only stayed a weekend off season but would definetly go back again. Highly recommend.

Centrally located

Perfect location to where we wanted to go. From going to the beach to watch the sunset to getting ice cream after dinner. My grandchildren learned how to navigate a kayak. We even were able to fish off the dock. It was a great stay in a great place. I would definitely go there again. Very comfortable and relaxing.
