Unité de 3 chambres sur la propriété en bord de mer avec coin patio désigné en bord de mer, grill électrique, table de pique-nique, cuisine entièrement équipée, câble numérique, WIFI, à distance de marche de tous les divertissements, duplex (côte à côte chaque unité a 3 chambres), à quelques pas de la plage, unité du propriétaire à côté pour toutes les demandes ou problèmes. Ces unités sont spacieuses et meublées avec tous les besoins de votre maison, sauf que vous devrez apporter vos propres serviettes, draps, couvertures, oreillers et produits en papier. La propriété en bord de mer a ce duplex avec la maison d'été du propriétaire, la maison du propriétaire se trouve en face du duplex mais le duplex a une vue sur le lac. The rental was inadvertently cancelled by host. I had to make a fake reservation and had to pay more when it wasn’t my error.

When we spoke, you seemed genuinely happy with the way everything was resolved. We went above and beyond to accommodate you, and at the time you expressed how appreciative you were. That’s why your review was surprising—it doesn’t reflect the positive conversation we had or the satisfaction you seemed to have with the outcome. As I told you canceling creates a block and large fine. Owners do everything they can to avoid that. So we had you book other dates so you could pay due to needing to use a certain pay service. It was not fake it was just dates that didn’t get blocked from the admin error of canceling.

Just got home from our 3 night stay at this cottage. Its listed exactly as it should be. Perfect location steps behind the owners home between the road and the beach. The parking passes are good for several parking areas around the area but honesty, we just walked everywhere because of the convienent location. I was meaning to let them know that 2 of the dining chairs have screw ends sticking through the padded cushions that could hurt someone but I didnt see them before we headed out. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need and the space was plenty for our group of 6 adults and 1 child. He slept on an air mattress in one of the bedrooms. I do think it should be listed for 6 people rather than unless 2 people dont mind sleeping on the couches. Otherwise, it was the perfect spot. I would definitely recommend and rebook someday

Great Weekend Getaway.

Traveled to Sylvan Beach for a birthday. We enjoyed our stay at this place. Very clean and close to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of seating for our group with the couches and large table. Loved that we had a place on the patio, a picnic table close to the door and a grill. Thank you for sharing your place. Can’t wait to plan another stay.

Sylvan beach rental

Good space. Beach is just down the street. Many restaurants walking distance. To note, waterfront patio featured is not just outside the rental. Not far to go but it, and the beach, are not pet friendly.

Thank you for your review. The description does state that this is a shared lot and the rental sits behind the landlord's home. It also does state that pets are not allowed on the beachfront patio, but they are allowed in grilling area and in the unit. During the summer months they are also allowed in the water. And there is a great park across the street for walking them.

Wonderful weekend stay

We, along with other members of my family, were in town for a wedding. This home was conveniently located to the venue - we were able to walk to and from the wedding. The home is comfortable and was perfect for our needs. Reasonably priced, the owner was very responsive to any question we had. Beach access is great, and walking on the beach very relaxing. Overall, we had a great weekend stay (Thursday through Sunday) and would highly recommend this property.

Nice place to relax. Not right that pets aren't aloud on the beach front by table so the pets had to stay locked in the house. Over all clean except for silverware, strainer,oven, coffee maker.

Hi Rodney, thank you for your review. I am sorry some items were not properly cleaned. My team has done an extra clean on all of those items listed. As far as dogs access goes the only spot on the entire compound they are not allowed is the beachfront patio where 3 houses merge together. This is to respect each residence in that one shared space for several reasons. The dogs are allowed outside their unit in the picnic/grill area, and have sidewalk access to the beach/water and park directly across the street.
