Located in Icon Brickell, the same building as the W Brickell Hotel, guests enjoy access to resort-style amenities including a large pool and on-site dining. The sleek kitchen features premium Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Situated in the heart of Brickell, just steps from top restaurants, shops, and nightlife an ideal choice for a modern, upscale stay.

*Temporary Closure & Noise Notice*

Please note that due to scheduled building repairs from July 2025 through February 2026, the pool will be closed Monday through Thursday. It is expected to be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, although this may vary depending on weather and the HOA’s work schedule.

This schedule is managed entirely by the HOA, and we have no control over any changes. The information provided is based on the latest updates we’ve received.

All other amenities, including the spa and gym, will remain open and unaffected.

THE UNIT
Located in the heart of Brickell, this beautiful apartment is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers alike. With dedicated internet and generous space, it’s also ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and more. You’ll also find convenient appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

ID VERIFICATION
Building management requires all adult guests to be registered at check-in. Please be prepared to present a valid ID to the check-in staff upon arrival.

CHECK-IN: 3 PM – 12 AM (Midnight)

• The check-in window officially closes at midnight. Arrivals after 12 AM must return the next day starting at 10 AM to complete check-in.

• Third-party check-in agents may assist after midnight, based on their availability and with their own service fees. If you’re not comfortable paying a late fee due to circumstances beyond your control, you must wait until 10 AM the next day to check in.

CHECK-OUT: Before 10 AM
• A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM, as we need time to prepare for the next guest.

FOBS:
The unit includes 2 sets of fobs. Lost fobs will be charged at $120 each to your deposit or card on file.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
The booking holder must be present at check-in. If not, please notify us in advance. Another verified guest (ID submitted through this platform) must be present. All guests must be listed on the reservation.
Minimum check-in age is 18. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

AMENITY ACCESS:
After registering with the front desk, guests can head to the pool area between 9:30 AM and 5 PM to receive their amenity access QR codes. Guests must show ID and provide their phone to receive the code. This unit is allowed up to 2 QR codes. QR codes expire at 11 AM on check-out day. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to get access.

PARKING:
Valet parking is available at $50 per day with no in/out privileges. Charges increase with usage:
• 0–1 hr: $13
• 1–4 hrs: $24
• 4–10 hrs: $30
• 10–24 hrs: $50

Frequent in-and-outs may result in $70–$80 per day in charges.

A third-party company also offers a private garage parking option a few blocks away, with a daily rate and unlimited in/out privileges.

BATHROOM POLICY:
The building has sensitive plumbing. Do not flush wipes (even flushable ones), paper towels, hygiene products, or trash. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs due to misuse.

HOUSE RULES:
• No smoking
• No parties
• No pets

Violations will incur a $500 fee per incident.

Great spot in Miami

Great location within the Brickell district. Fantastic shopping and restaurants. Pleasantly surprised about the wonderful pool on the 15th floor. Will be back for sure!!!!

The condo is beautiful with great views. However the response time from host not so great. Also the cooling system is not working properly so we were either too cold or too hot. And the pool is closed on weekdays due to construction nearby.

I recently stayed at this condo rental and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The unit was not as described in the listing, which was frustrating from the start. Several features and conditions did not match what was advertised, making it feel misleading.Additionally, the microwave in the unit was not working during our stay. We were told that a replacement would be brought to us, but that never happened. This lack of follow-through added to the inconvenience and overall dissatisfaction.I had hoped for a much smoother and more accurate experience based on the listing, but this stay did not meet expectations. I would recommend that the host ensure the property is accurately described and that promised amenities are functional and addressed promptly.
